The restaurant was clean and vibrant. The food was good portions and tasty…but the price LAWD have mercy. Almost $50 for myself and two kids who ordered just burger and fries w/ lemonades. So definitely will not be returning because the restaurant does not match the price. If you don’t want to overpay for a smash burger avoid this establishment. If prices were lower it would be a 5 star burger joint.
The chicken sandwich was on the smaller side and kind of pricey, but the chicken was high-quality, crispy, and juicy. The herb mayo and fresh pickles took it over the top and made it a delicious, artisan-style chicken sandwich. The fries were the most disappointing - boring, bland, crinkle-cut fries on par with Culver's or a school lunch. They kind of ruin the vibe of the meal.As other's have mentioned, the value is poor and there are plenty of better burger shack options in close proximity.
First time there. Had the chicken sandwich. Really good. Crispy outside and juicy inside. Will go back again.
My burger was dry with some burnt taste. I liked the bun, even though it fell apart as it let you taste the burger but the burger was the downfall. Probably the best pickle I have ever had. Good lemonade too. For the price point, there are two other custard and burger places that are faster, cheaper and better tasting in my opinion.
The service was decently speedy. The customer service was good. The taste/quality of my single shack burger and malt was pretty decent. However, the value is poor. My single burger and malt (mind you, portions are very small) cost me over $13. In reality for the portion size, I think $3-$4 max per item would be a better value and more In line with other fast food/ fast casual restaurants in the market. Also the quality is good but for the price it’s not THAT good. I can go across the street to five guys, get a burger twice the size and half a bag of fries for the same price.Shake Shack needs to rethink their pricing model. I wouldn’t come back here again personally.
We got 2 malts through their drive-thru. They were okay for taste, there was something missing - which is why I’m giving a 4⭐️. Service was quick and kind! I’ll go back and try other items.
It very good
This place is expensive for a burger joint. Our whole order (see pictures for reference) was a little over $75.00. The burgers and shakes weren't anything to write home about. The chocolate shake tasted mostly like malt mix.The establishment itself is on the small side. Booth type seating is around the walls. And there are a few tables available for those who aren't into booths. The tables are wiped down after each guest leaves. One doesn't have to worry about eating at a table full of crumbs. Both corners in the dining area has a television. One television plays cartoons to keep the kiddos entertained. And the other plays sports to keep one's husband busy.
Very excited to have a Shake Shack in Maple Grove! The online to go ordering process was easy and the order was ready very promptly. The food tasted great! Burgers were yummy and that cheese sauce was so good. Our only issue was the packaging - the burgers were just in the open paper sleeve with nothing preventing them from falling all over or getting cold. Please think about your to go order packaging!
Got a double burger, fries, and a cookies and cream shake. The good: fries were crispy, salted but not too salted, and definitely fresh. Burger was good. I wouldn't call it special, but it was juicy and tasted good. That said, I'd get it without the sauce next time. Kinda like mayo with some kind of mild flavor addedThe disappointing: the shake. Wasn't gross by any means, but wasn't very thick, and wasn't much different from a less expensive shake from anywhere else. The place is also pretty expensive, my whole meal going for about 18 bucks. They definitely use better ingredients than McDonald's, BK etc, but the price will probably keep me away more often than not.I can't complain about customer service, since there basically wasn't any. The ordering was done on a kiosk, and I was texted right before it was ready, so I had basically no interaction with staff, which isn't necessarily a good or a bad thing.TL/DR: good not great. Won't say I'll never be here again, but definitely won't be a regular place for me
