I can't remember the last time they got my order correct when ordering through grubhub or doordash. The answer is always the same, they don't care. There is no quality control. Today the order had two sandwiches, a soup, and 4 drinks. They skipped a sandwich. When called, there is no option to fix it. Sorry...one person just doesn't get to eat. Done with this restaurant.
I ordered lunch to be delivered at 11:45am and got confirmation from Active Menus. I got a call from Active Menus at noon saying they could not find a driver and would give me 50% off if I went and picked it up. I decided to do that but when I got to Potbelly's they said they had my pickup time at 5:20pm. Not sure how that happened, but then I had to wait another 20 minutes to get food. Very disappointed in the whole process.
Sandwich was okay and ready in a timely manner, I think Jimmy John’s tastes a bit better for quick sandwiches.
Asked for the best Italian sandwich for my wife......got the best! Wife was happy. Oh, and mine was good also.
Came at open on a Sunday…. place was filthy, all booths had food crumbs and not wiped, trash and food on the floors, pop machine totally out of Coke Zero. Meanwhile 5 employees standing around chit chatting and doing nothing. This place needs new management … train employees to keep restaurant clean and presentable.
They canceled my online order and won't refund me. I've contacted the manager and they keep saying they can't find my order number. Order at your own risk.
Ordered through ActiveMenus. Delivery was quick. Order was correct. Could have been a little warmer but to be expected and nothing a microwave can't fix.
Worst and most unpredictable hours. Drive there all the time for lunch and they're either closed or online only. Many wasted lunch breaks. Would not recommend unless your flexible
Terrible experience! Food good. Soda machine out of 2 products. Filled one. Attitude of employees awful! Indifference and lazy. Garbage full and overflowing in all places. Ladies room out of soap and asked to replace. 15 minutes later another in our party went in, no soap!
5 Stars just because I've always loved Potbellys and have been coming here since it opened. Kind of bummed tonight though - The doors were locked at 5PM and was told they're no longer taking orders? What happened? I had to go get a mediocre fast food dinner at Taco John's and now my stomach hurts. :(
