Good food and friendly staff orders ready on time but the place could be a little bit cleaner.
I placed an order for pizza on a Wednesday night and was told the delivery would take 3+ hours. The website says to call the local store directly to ask questions about specific delivery times. When trying to do so, however, I was unable to find a direct number and could only speak to call center staff. All they could repeat was that the computer generated the delivery times (3 hours).I'm assuming that this local Pizza Hut (Orono, MN location) must be badly understaffed to have such a long wait time.I'm disappointed with the Pizza Hut company in general that they'd consider this acceptable service for their customers. No one is going to wait 3 hours for a pizza delivery, but will instead choose a different pizza delivery service.If you live in this Pizza Hut's delivery area, bypass Pizza Hut and choose a different option to avoid a bad experience.
No complains about my pizza orders. Always ready on time for pick up. Customer service could be better
The location was very under staffed so it is hard to complain. Pizza was stuck to the top of the box. Breadsticks were not cut and the wings were pretty light on the sauce.
Front line managers get stifled out of bonuses by keeping the manager in the training phase for over a year, and not telling them. I feel so bad for my old manager shelly who got played by this company for over a year. then a driver in hopkins drunk drives and hit and ended someones life. Bad company. Really really bad district management. Company needs to go.
Original pan pizza was supposed to be crispy.. both that and the thin crust were very dry. Toppings were not adequate as well
We were driving home from a trip and called to order a pizza for pickup on the way.Apparently they outsource their calls instead of just answering the phone locally?Anyways we got home only to find that there was no cheese on half the pizza.Is it worth the hassel of bringing the pizza back & being a Karen about it? No ... But it's worth sharing the story, leaving a bad review, and never going back.
Quality of food, service, timing. EVERYTHING IS GREAT.
