LOL at this Panera. This has happened multiple times even though it’s listed twice on the order.
Very small salad portion. Paid $13 for the salad, after fees, taxes, tip, over $18.00, and my salad bowl was half full. Missing an ingredient that was not listed as being out. One handful of salad the rest toppings. This seems to be normal for this location. Disappointed.
Food was good, as always. We did the mobile order saying we were in the store but not once did anyone let us know our food was ready, including the app. Construction around was awful so getting into the parking lot wasn't easy but that's obviously nothing they control.
I love Panera's hazelnut coffee and shortbread cookie! It's my go to snack. I do also love the soups and salad options!
Didn't get what I ordered for rapid pick up. This store needs to train their associates better. The only good thing about my experience this time is their parking availability.
meh, the staff was helpful but it's hard giving them your order with everything echoing so much.
Menu board in this location incomplete and a little hard to read. Interesting dining room configuration. A bit crowded.
If I could do 0 starts I would. This is the worst location ever. I've ordered food there so many times, but the few last months - it was an absolutely terrible experience. I could not even bite my bread - It felt like they've had it for weeks. The food is either cold or old. They NEVER have my order made on time. The service is not helpful or friendly.
Love Panera, always yummy.I had a chicken salad sandwich and a cup of french onion soup. I usually have the chicken avocado sandwich which I love, but decided to try something new. The meat was very tasty, the vegetables crisp and fresh, and Panera bread! They gave me a couple cookies to boot. Love their ice tea bar. All in all, I think I need Panera for dinner.?
order # 653766120two items missing from order. My mother-in-law who received the order called and spoke to a manager and was told there was nothing they could do.this forced me to call and talk to Aaron. I asked his name and if he could pull up the order. He said he could. I asked if they could deliver the order he said yes, he would have to call doordash and have them come and bring the order. And if there were any other problems but there should not be I could call back. I said so you will send the order? The reply Yes and laughter. I asked why the laughter? He said he did not like my attitude, and I was loud.I said i am on speaker phone in a loud area. I also asked what could I do to make his experience of fixing their mistake better? What could I do?Why should I have to ask this to a manager??Panera makes a mistake. I said I don't know what attitude you perceive I have only asked 3 questions on this call. I am calling to get food for my family. What could I have done better? I guess they don't like it if you call from speaker phone.This store makes mistakes all the time, but I don't write a review. The attitude of this manger was deplorable.I am sorry Aaron, you get one chance to not laugh at a customer and fix a mistake your company made. Instead of telling the first person who calls you can do nothing to fix it, and then laughing at the second person who calls.
