We loved it! Service could have been a little bit better, but it was a slow day and the service was kind of dragging. The food was amazing though! We will definitely be visiting again!! Follow me for more reviews on Instagram @ northernfoodiewithabooty

To be honest, the whole experience was very “meh” for me. I expected portions to be a bit bigger for the prices, and with more meat to veggie ratio. We got orange chicken and Mongolian beef. The proteins weren’t crispy which we were hoping for, the sauces were thinner and less sweet than expected or described on the menu, and there was just too many nearly raw green onions in the beef to make it worth taking leftovers home. I was expecting that a chain Asian restaurant would probably have thick battered, crispy chicken with a sticky sweet sauce, and the beef to have a nice crust on it. It just wasn’t what I expected so if I went back I would just need to manage my expectations I think. I also ordered the strawberry cucumber limeade drink. It was so bitter and sour that I asked for some sugar packets. It was like eating lime and cucumber rinds- not very refreshing which was a bummer.

Nice place, good food and good staff, the rest rooms should be more clean, we liked the food, enough parking space !!

I used to really like PF Chang’s, but the most recent visit here (tonight) has turned me off and I don’t think I’ll return. We ordered the dynamite shrimp appetizer, and the shrimp were really small. I might be wrong, but I expect them to be big in a dish where they are the only food. I ordered the Buddha’s Feast. I liked the taste, but it wasn’t cooked. The vegetables, green beans, carrots, and pea pods were raw. So I reordered and got the Pad Thai. I liked the taste of this as well although it came without peanuts. My husband’s Mongolian beef seemed close to jerky in texture. We assume overcooked or too much oil. We are really disappointed as it was our Father’s Day dinner and we spent $95 on really unimpressive food.

Levi made my dining experience so lovely. He checked on me often (but not too much), was not only polite but genuine. His smile made my day brighter! The food of course was delicious as always.

food was ok , clean dining room and nice service

The negative experience was the employees. The food was really good. The hosts were rude, the waitress did not engage with us at all.Luckily the manager was able to help us at the entrance, because the host deleted us from the wait list. I had the text proof showing I had been entered. The kids playing at host were not welcoming and seemed to discriminating against my husband and I.

Disappointing dinner out. Food was a disappointment also. I had the braised short ribs which consisted of 2 oz of meat on a massive bone, should have been on the kid's menu, for 30$. My wife and her sister had the sesame chicken, bland. Broccoli pieces were huge hard as a rock! No knife with the silverware to cut it went flying across the table, never did get eaten. Upgrade for fried rice consisted of three tablespoons of soggy bland rice in small bowl. had to a ask for menu, came to eat not look at my phone which was in the car. Waitress was lovely tip was 25% . Respectfully I doubt I will ever be back.

Visited this Maple Grove location on St Patrick's Day, thinking that it wouldn't be too busy, and we were right. Got a seat right away at 6PM - not too shabby. We had two servers at first - one of them in training. The experienced one stuck around for the first couple of table visits, and then left the hatchling alone to be tormented by our many questions and off-menu requests. The poor chap did a lot of apologizing before we were through. I give him solid marks for effort and attitude.Started with cocktails. I tried their special Old Fashioned, which was served in a covered glass which held some sort of odorless smoke. Nice effect I suppose. I don't think the smoke was supposed to infuse the drink with a flavor, otherwise I would have smelled something. Maybe it was just to make the drink look worth the $16.50 price tag.We had the crispy green beans for an appetizer. Pretty good flavor, but a bit too greasy. For the entree I had sweet-and-sour chicken and brown rice, which was fine if not memorable. My wife had some sort of cashew chicken dish. She felt the same - it was just ok.This meal was a reminder why large national restaurant chains owned by private equity firms tend to be mediocre.

Called the restaurant about my issue and they addressed it. But my card never got refunded. The store claimed it was coming back on my card. I contacted the corporate office and explained what happened and they said the bank could contact them. They didn't want to try and help me any further with my refund. If you are getting a refund back on a card don't count on it happening. They don't care if you get your money back they think its ok to compensate with a gift card to come back to store to try again??‍♀️
