i went for lunch i ordered chicken Alfredoi was disappointed in the service and foodthe waitresses rushed me ordering and thru my whole visit the bread sticks was very hard way to much garlicthe salad was very wilted and soggy
Food was good, but beware. I did a car-side to go order and they added their own tip to my receipt. I did not add a tip this time as I was picking up the order myself. I wrote the total of my bill on the total line leaving the tip line blank. When I looked at my bank account they charged my card more than what the total of just my food was.
I ordered the soup and salad, It literally had enough soup in each bowl they brought me of four bites ?. I kept having to ask and ask. The service experience was irritating ? ?. No grown adults wants to constantly be served kids size unlimited soup. Management was walking around looking busy, but I didn't see him checking in with guests like other locations. That's the best part of dining at olive garden. The check in. They ran out of spoons. I'm over this location.
Pretty crowded for Sunday night, we were party of eight , waited for five minutes for seating. But we made reservations for this earlier otherwise waiting time was around 40 minutes ( we reached there around 7.25pm)Pretty standard stuff , one of us was vegetarian and opted for build your own pasta, asked for vegetables broccoli , bell peppers, mushroom and onions. When it came it had only peppers and onions when we asked for missing Vegetables they mentioned that they ran out of them. It seem hard to believe.Entree was around 18 - 20$ it includes soup and salad. You are almost done with soup salad and bread sticks as they are unlimited and pack your entree for next day. I guess that's why it's more popular giving you value for money.
Very big and nice Olive Garden here. They have an entire delivery/curbside bagging area which looks super fancy. The sit down area keeps going and going. So much room to seat people (which is a great thing). The food is standard Olive Garden of course. The salad is amazing and the rest of the food is good (but probably overpriced honestly). I got some pasta (forgot the name). It was good but I would get something else next time cause it wasn't amazing. Probably best to change your meal every time you go to an Olive Garden.

The food here is the best I’ve ever eaten, come here pretty frequently and is always good. The staff are really good and the service is never slow. They try to make it as enjoyable as possible and I’d say they do a great job of it. Only one thing that’s bad about it is sometimes I get stomach aches. Otherwise this place is one of the best places in Maple Grove and maybe the state of Minnesota.
The waiter was very nice and was attentive. He gave us good suggestions and made sure we had enough soup and salad for our entrees. The only reason why I am giving four stars is because my favorite appetizer - fried calamari, was a lot smaller from what I remember and was not as crispy.
Our whole dance team came out here (31 people) and they did a wonderful job making sure we had everything we need. Our main server Terri was so kind and made us all feel so welcome!
Service was excellent. It was not very busy but it was extremely cold out so I’m thinking most people just didn’t want to go out. Food arrived very fast and was also very good. The restaurant was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Prices were reasonable.
