Today, June 19, I went to buy 3 orders and they only gave me a little food when we asked for extra and a little shrimp that was in a container by itself instead of in the meal. I had to share with the 2 orders because of that. In my opinion, I do not recommend that you go there because they gave me bad service. It was one a bad experience. We paid over $50 and got back as much food for if we paid $20. Not worth it, people.

I was out shopping with my kids and they decided they wanted Noodles & Co for dinner. I ordered through the app for ASAP pickup. App stated food would be ready in 10 minutes or so, but past experience has taught me that is never going to happen. So, I took my time and went to grab the food about 15-20 min after I ordered. I was surprised to find my order was ready. My disappointment came later when I got home to find items missing from my order. It was honestly not worth my hassle to go back and complain (I know, places often bank on this). Just reaffirms my opinion of general avoidance of this establishment.Food was only ok. Kids were not unhappy, though the broccoli was undercooked and given that it's frozen in the first place, no one loved that.

At the rate in which this place fulfills orders (40-60 min), you could drive the 10 minutes to Plymouth location during peak dinner times, order and be done eating still in less time than Maple Grove can even get your food to you. Short staffed is being used as a crutch by this place. Perhaps if you weren't still packing every order as 'to go' your staff could get meals out faster? After all, you don't have to seal and bag re usable bowls.

It's as you would expect out of a Noodles location, but my one gripe is that 2 or 3 years ago my girlfriend and I would get the tomato basil soup as a side. At the beginning of COVID we both got it and noticed it was more akin to heated up marinara (more chunky and textured) and less like the soup we were used to. Maybe we're crazy but I'm sure it was different before and it hasn't been the same since. Otherwise decent food!

Really good food, but it's very expensive and the service is very slow. I guess it's just not worth the hassle for me. But again, the food is very very good

The food was excellent, but the men's bathroom was the worst bathroom I have been in the last 2 yrs. It smelled so bad, and I was there 15 mins after they opened for the day. Mind you this is in area of higher class shopping center, in Maple Grove!!!

Have been here a couple times. Always had excellent customer service. The food has always been fresh, hot and delicious. Buffalo chicken Mac is da bomb. As is the Wisconsin Mac and cheese. Wish there were a couple other choices for kids meals, but it's nice you can at least get two applesauces if they don't like broccoli or krispie treats. A cookie would be better. Great place. Good food. Awesome services.

The food was not very good. Service was eh. The workers constantly joking around while trying to order and waiting for food. Smelled really odd like pee in dining area.

I can't believe I had to wait for 50 minutes to get my order. I placed my order at 11:36am, it said it was going to be ready at 11:44am. I got it at 12:25pm. They were NOT BUSY! The food was cold. How do you take 50 min to make something and still have it cold? This is unbelievable.

just disgusting food. i’ve never had an issue with noodles and company until i went to this location. the first time i ordered tofu it was completely charred. beyond burnt, black and charred over and inedible. the second time i ordered a simple mac and cheese with tofu, which they messed up even worse. there was no cheese sauce, just noodles absolutely packed into my container and a huge amount of shredded cheese piled on top making it incredibly thick and difficult to eat. my tofu was put in a different container, which i did not ask for, and was again very burnt but for some reason it was cooked in teriyaki sauce. that isn’t even an option on the menu. i checked my order to make sure i picked up the right order and made sure the receipt said what i did actually order, and it simply was wisconsin max & cheese with tofu, so i have no idea where they got the idea that i wanted the disgusting combination of teriyaki sauce and near an entire bag of shredded cheddar cheese. it was absolutely disgusting and COLD and inedible. additionally, i tried to get a sprite from the fountain soda machine and it wasn’t even sprite. it tasted like lime la croix. very confused why this location is so god awful compared to the others but stay away from this one.
