Middle Eastern Salad Falafel

We have ordered takeout a few times and the service is fast and pleasant. The food here is delicious! Everything is seasoned well, tastes fresh, and our orders have been accurate! They have a lot of options for dietary restrictions- vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, etc.

This is one of my favorite Mediterranean places to eat. And personally I think they have the absolute best Pita breads and falafels of anyplace in the Twin cities.I always get their falafel bowls and the serving sizes are always more than plenty. I have never left here hungry. My only complaint is they got rid of my mango chutney sauce and I feel they could wipe the tables off more often. Otherwise, always polite and friendly.

Absolutely amazing food. We had a craving that 2as smashed easily from what we ordered. The stuffed pita sandwich with chicken shawarma is to die for, bonus with added hummus gives it this earthy taste that's so filling. We also got the basmati rice bowl with chicken and steak and it was amazing how well the Tahini sauce goes with it! The garlic sauce was the perfect kick to finish the whole thing. The hummus goes so well with the fries too.Definitely coming back here and reordering what I got.

Our first visit to Naf Naf Grill will absolutely be our last. We walked in at 4:30 on a Monday, which admittedly is an off time, but the restaurant was filthy like it had not been cleaned after the lunch rush (or maybe since the weekend). The floors, many tables, and the visible prep counters clearly had not been swept or wiped down in some time. Two employees were sitting at a table, talking. Two employees were behind the counter, but it still took at least 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and we were the only customers in the restaurant. I was ready to walk out, but my husband had heard good things about Naf Naf and wanted to try it. We ordered two "pick two" plates - very small portions, which ended up being ok since the chicken and steak were stone cold and had a rubbery consistency. The mixed salad had other product in it because it apparently had not been refreshed after the lunch rush. The hummus had a crust on it. The only items I even came close to enjoying were the falafel and the garlic sauce. My husband, who will eat anything, finished his plate and said "never again". I don't typically like to give completely negative reviews, so I will give a thumbs up to the fact that the sullen teenager who made our plates did put on a fresh pair of gloves before he dished up the cold, sub-par food.

Delicious food great flavors and options for vegetarians. Take out service could be better I have had a couple wrong orders in the past but they always make it right.

As most recent comments have stated - but will add.1. Walked in and noticed three servers arguing about how they “DONT” want to be first.2. Servers didn’t not seem happy or enthusiastic about serving customers.3. Portion sizes for a $10 bowl, pretty small.4. Although not as authentic, (what do you expect from a fast food style chain), it’s not too bad.Improvements- work ethic- team morale

Food is good. Young man serving the food was great also. Can’t say same for the rest of the workers. The other worker the night we were here (Hispanic young guy) does absolutely nothing!!! I’d fire him immediately if I saw one of my workers standing around with his phone watching everyone else work. They close at 8. I watched them turn away families because it was 7:48! In what business is that acceptable???

I love this food! Fresh! I’d eat some falafel every day if I could. Love the chicken bowls with yellow rice, falafel on the side. The staff is friendly and helpful, food is always fresh.

Love this place! If you're in the mood for something different than the usual, stop in here! I'm generally a fan of beef or red meat, but the chicken is to die for. The new chicken skewers are awesome as well. The potato "chips" are unmatched.

‏Bad service and Little amount of food. Also, high pricesShawarma Falafel Hummus $7.95??Two tablespoons of hummus $10? And forgot to add that bread ??
