Imagine waiting for 20 minutes at your table with your locator number, going to the register to inquire about your order, and being treated as if you were in the wrong. Absolutley disgraceful.

Ok. So I can't stand when your placing an order and after each thing you say, you get a "is that all?"... umm no, I will tell you when I'm done. Then because he wasn't listening and wanted to rush us he got the order incorrect. Slow down and listen.

I have never been more disappointed in a food chain or retail experience in general, especially working in the industry myself. We got to this McDonalds at 11:40 PM tonight — the signs were turned off, despite a ton of cars being in the drive thru. So I called around 11:45 and LITERALLY asked, as it’s listed, “Are you guys open until midnight?” There was a decent pause before the woman said “… Mmm, no…” (another pause) “The store is closing…”Incredibly frustrating. I’d understand if there was reason, such as a sign posted explaining that they would be closing early. But there wasn’t, nor was there any explanation from employees. And based on her tone, she knew she got caught in the wrong.Won’t be coming back to this location ever again. Literally just wanted a single cheeseburger, not even fries or anything.

I got a McChicken and the lettuce tasted like bleach or like cleaner. It was also very hard to place my order as well

I stopped by this McDonald’s Easter morning to pick up breakfast for my daughters, and was pleasantly surprised by the greeting I received from this super nice guy, I think his name is Sebastian. It’s pretty rare to encounter someone like that in a drive through. Friendly, outgoing and professional. Keep up the great work man.

Never greeted us simply said hello, After we ordered and had to wait for the other cars to pass, they continued to ask us for our order and proceeded to forget anything we ordered while never telling us we could pull forward or our total for the order. We waited 15 minutes. Im not one to complain much but as a fast food employee myself this was the lowest its been.

Our service and food was quick and on the mark. I still think that ordering from the kiosk is quite cumbersome. Fix that and I would give it 5 stars.

We stopped for a quick snack. The drive thru was very busy and going inside and ordering at the kiosk was more fun. The french fries were hot and fresh, done to perfection.

What we ordered in the drive thru was a Big Mac, a Crispy Chicken, 2 medium fries, an oreo Mcflurry, and a Shamrock Shake.What we recieved was 1 medium fry, a McDouble, and the Mcflurry and Shake. We did not order the McDouble, and are missing the 2 sandwiches and the other fry.We tried to call in once we got home and realized the mistake. But they tried to charge us for the missing items to buy again even though we already paid for everything.This is not the first time that my orders have been wrong. Very disappointed and frustrated, especially since I've technically lost money for not getting my actual order..

This place is a well oiled machine. Very impressive. Smooth sailing from placing my order, to paying at the first window to having my food handed to me the instant I pulled up to the second window. I didn't have to wait for a thing and this was the lunch hour! Someone's running a tight ship. Well done! My only complaint is that my burger bun was as dry as a bone.
