Management is lacking knowledge of how to zone their employees. During lunch hour there was only one person in back booth when in fact having one person taking money in one person taking orders during a lunch rush is essential to achieve high efficiency and increase customers satisfaction from being able to order pay, get food and under 5 minutes. There is no reason why somebody should have to wait in the McDonald's drive-thru for almost 15 minutes and you see that there are other bags lined up ready to be handed out but the poor guy in the back booth was struggling handling two different jobs at the same time. Give the back booth two people instead of just one during a lunch rush.
horrible service the employees didn't say one word to us, didn't even ask if we wanted receipt or tell us total, very forcefully handed us our food and so on.definitely avoid this location if at all possible!!!
Just ordered an egg and cheese on a biscuit. It was so hot it burned. The biscuit was as hard as a rock. NOT FLUFFY AS A BISCUIT SHOULD BE. The taste was not good. Dehydrated after taste.
This location is only good during the early hours of the day, but the evening staff is brutal. I’m a night shift worker so I usually stopped at this location a lot after work. It’s been awhile since I moved but since I was in the area I stopped this evening and as usual, the night shift staff were very careless. The guy taking payment at the first window wasn’t even wearing a shirt, and then the chick at the second window couldn’t even say “you’re welcome” or “have a nice day”. She was focused on blatantly playing on her phone, and shoved my items out the window. As I pulled away, there were two teenage girls shoving a guy in their trunk? This was a very eventful trip.Idk if McDonald’s just doesn’t treat their employees properly or what, but the carelessness of employees is just getting to be a bit much.
Avoid this location. Employees stand around. No condiments or napkins available for guests. Had to ask for drink cup after ordering at kiosk. Told employee behind counter about no napkins or ketchup. Had to ask for straws as they were out also. Only employee working hard was the short latino women behind the counter.
Extremely rude employee was sweeping the floor and dusting towards us, then dragging and sliding the chairs around extremely loudly. Then when we told him to stop doing he scoffed and was acting like he didn’t do anything wrong.
Not sure how you have no cashiers, kiosks only but had to wait 10 minutes for 1 apple juice & 3 cookies...Your front end person needs to learn to multi-task. They sat around waiting for ONE order at a time not even previewing next few orders that could have easily been completed.
Crew was rude, had no idea wat order they were even on, wrong order and the food was no where near fresh. This location needs to do better. Very disappointed.
Only been to this location once, small mistake on order but food was hot and tasty.
Service was excellent! - However: The quarterpounders I ordered are red inside, hardly cooked at all. 0 stars for food quality.
