I usually like McDonald's but when I get argued with at the drive-thru and corrected continually rather than just being told exactly what I would like to know about the menu it does make me feel like going to a different McDonald's

Speedy and have never messed up my order and I get stuff there a lot. Kiosks inside are pretty easy to use too

I'm not sure if it is under new management, or not after reading other reviews, but I was happy to see the manager working hard, and "in the weeds" with his team when they got busy.Upon arrival, it was clear to see that this location was understaffed, but the manager jumped right in on the line, and was helping all of his team members get food out for the customers in a timely manner.The one drawback was the fact that it took quite a while to be acknowledged or greeted at the counter. But when I was finally greeted, the person set clear expectations that it would take a few minutes for them to help me, or I could submit my order at the kiosk for faster service if I would like. I like the fact that they set a time frame and offered an alternate solution! Great job from a customer service standpoint!The feedback I have for Mike (the current manager) is: great job helping your team out, and pulling them through the busy time! Also acknowledging their efforts immediately during the shift, and complimenting them for their hard work.The one area of improvement would be trying to maintain your cool a bit in your voice and tone. You let your personal feeling of urgency become a bit of a "rushed panic" in your voice both with staff and customers which can: make people uneasy, feel like it's poor customer service or your giving an attitude when it's just you trying to push for efficiency.Overall, nice job to you and your staff.

Customer service is poor! I ordered fries and a large coke. The coke was flat and the cashier stated that tha carbonation was out and all the sodas were going to be flat. Not I'm sorry or let me offer you a refund. And when I asked for a refund, the manager caught an attitude. I wish this was a one time issue with this particular McDonald's, but every customer interaction I've had has been poor. Now I'm not expecting 5 star service, but at least basic customer service would be nice.

Great service at this location. Got the order right and the guy who took my order was super nice!

Would not recommend this McDonalds. Ordered online through the mobile apps. Got our food fairly decent time but no one else was in the drive thru. Got our food and the fries were absolutely disgusting and cold. My wife and I are not pleased with their taste and literally had to throw them away! What a waste of money. Please avoid this location at all causes!!

Service seems fine unless you are a delivery driver for a service like Grubhub or Doordash. Heaven forbid you don't hit the order confirmation the second you walk through the door the older male manager will let you know it.

Food was gross cheese burgers was cold. Went in to give them back and the worker had an attitude but gave me 2 more burgers and they was also cold.... Nomore McDonalds for me and my family.

Absolutely rude. Didn't even speak to us. Not a hi or even a thank you. No napkins or any of the sauces that we asked for. And the woman at the drive thru window had alot of hickeys on her neck.

This is 2 times now I have gone through the drive through and ordered the same thing yet they were different prices and the 2nd time instead of 1 mchicken and a cheeseburger I got a cheeseburger and a mcdouble and I called spoke with management who wasn't helpful due to I never got a receipt and told him 1 was not put in my bag and he almost scolded me and told me to come back it's a ham sandwich not a big deal. Ham sandwich?? Really? This dude didn't even listen to me and it was a snow storm I wasn't turning around for a chicken sandwich or as the manager calls it a ham sandwich very disappointing
