I have been here at least 3-4 times, and I have never had any of the issues done if the other reviews have had. Maybe I am just getting lucky each time.
My son and I went here yesterday and the food was probably the worst it's ever been. The fried rice wasn't fully cooked. The rice was still hard and the mushrooms were still white in the middle. The chicken was barely warm. The cream cheese wontons were chewy. We drove 20 minutes to eat here and left disappointed.

Arrived 45 mins before closing, the person working came and stood near the door as soon as we pulled in blocking the entrance and shook their head with their arms crossed. Not exactly welcoming, we ended up going elsewhere for dinner.
So good, was still hot when we got it home. 20 min drive
Asked for noodles and kung Pao beef and this is all I got. Not even a piece of beef. Just a bunch of celery. Not worth my $8. Soooo disappointed!!! I even tip them $1.25 not knowing what I got on my bowl
This has really gone downhill lately. The store itself is often dirty -- the tables are usually clean, except during a busy period when I've had to wash my own, but the floors seem to always be sticky, which sticks on your shoes and tracks to wherever you go after that. And the trays are almost always sticky and gross to touch, like maybe they're not washed between use -- I've had to go to the bathroom and wash the stickiness off my hands before eating after taking a tray to my table. The food is still good, but the choices become limited after a rush, and some of it gets rather unappetizing looking sitting out under the lights. It was really great when it opened.
This was a horrible experience. The team member seemed polite but when I asked if I could have fried rice without egg he said “you out.” Now why I gods name would you turn a customer away for something this small!! I was really angry that I was told to leave for a simple request. This worker deserves a write up. And I was not allowed to buy food. I will be reaching out further to try and address the situation. You never tell a guest to leave that aid downright mean.
