Obviously short staffed but everyone looks to be doing their best.That said, I order lunch here regularly and all of my orders in the past month had something missing. Today, there were no tomatoes, cucumbers or mustard, which made for a strange sandwich. It was better than the time I just got tuna and onions on bread...
Yes, they are short staffed (everyone is) but they are working their tails off and doing the best they can. Orders are always accurate.

NEED more staff here or gotta get better. Pick up orders rarely ever ready to go on time and app doesn’t get updated. Maple grove location much more efficient
Placed my order Wednesday at 10:30 for 12pm delivery and never received my order. Called the store and no one picked. Two days later I’m charged for a meal I NEVER RECEIVED. Officially done with this location.
There is a sign asking customers on the door to be polite because they are short staffed. Today was the most unpleasant experience for several reasons. The order taker was rude, short and the exact opposite of what they ask the customers to do. I ordered a combo- which apparently couldn't be made the way I desired. There was alot of going back and forth. I asked for little of a special sauce.that they are using for another sandwich - pro tip- don't do that. Ownership should figure their employee situation out - because I will not step foot, nor bring anyone to this location . Maple Grove one is awesome!
Food is good , but the hours you are open is crazy , want to order for dinner and you close at 4 pm ugh !
There are never open I don't know what's is going on but I call it just rings and rings won't let u order from this location online
Went to get a sandwich, waited a bit before they told me they were doing online only. No signs anywhere.
