Before today I would have given them 5 stars because they have always been fast with no mistakes. Tonight, they were short handed which is understandable in this day and age. When I called after just shy of an hour to ask what was going on I had a young woman, guessing high school age answer the phone and tell me that the reason it took so long was due to being understaffed. When I tried to explain that they should have told me that from the get go, she hung up on me. Complete lack of respect!

Not sure who I spoke to, but got great help from this store with my own error on a delivery. The app could use some work with the delivery address input but these guys were able to fix the issue for me. Great customer service
I made an order on the app and I screwed something up. I had an incorrect address saved and didn’t check. After I made the order, I checked on it and realized my mistake. I called this store and they fixed everything for me. Super helpful. Above and beyond!
Sandwich price is good, is quick, and at Jimmy John's taste expectancy BUT they keep forgetting to add tomatoes when they tell me it already comes on the sub.

I went and ordered two sandwiches, one sandwich was perfect. The second sandwich had lettuce and mayo, neither was asked for. I went back, asked for the same sandwich, just without the lettuce and mayo, I named the ingredients I wanted. Well, I get home with the newly made sandwich, and it had even more ingredients on it. I was able to call and refund the order, only after being told the excuse that "it's what it said on the ticket", even though I literally named every ingredient that I wanted at the window. This was at around 8PM on 10/17 if any managers are interested. The crew during the day is normally great, but this was nothing but trouble.
