Food here is always pretty good, but we waited over 20 minutes to be served. The bar is much faster than trying to order through the the server
hyvee pickup is the absolute best! I have 3 small children so it's pretty much impossible to go grocery shopping alone with them as their dad works so many hours as a tow truck driver. they text you, if you forgot to order something, you can text them. if they are out they send you pictures of different options or ask if there's anything else to replace it with.
Love Hy-Vee! Their customer service is beyond good!
Prices at the register dont match the ones in the isle, if there is a price on the item at all. Things that are SNAP eligible are marked as ineligible i.e. certain cold items. Lack of staff at certain times to help at registers create an overall frustrating experience in most cases.
Stopped to get a country fried steak skillet with tater tots today and I get a country fried steak with hashbrowns and tots on the side no eggs?
Good food, simple process. The tables were pretty dirty, but otherwise it was a good spot to sit down and have some breakfast
We have done a pick up twice from the Maple Grove location. Each time I have tipped. Each time they have forgotten parts of our order, and have forgotten our sauces & sides. There is also confusion over where we are parked when we are sitting in the hot food pickup line. I don't think we will try again.
Absolutely the best store for all your groceries! Magnificent fresh deli food, bakery is to die for, cheeses, olives, sushi. And if you want a lunch or dinner meal, holy moly, it’s the best!
This location is a Market Grille Express so the only full service is at the bar. Happy hour is 4-6 and all day Monday featuring half price drinks. They've got a great selection of beers on tap, the bar manager is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Tonight my husband and I went to get a salad from the salad bar and a piece of chicken from the Market Express, Maple Grove MN HyVee! Horrible! I worked for many years in the grocery business as a cashier and front end manager! The customer service that I received tonight was horrible. There were several people standing around talking to each other, several people looked at us and turned around. A lady asked my husband if she could help him and he pointed to me and said help her first. She turned around and walked away! I was livid by this time! We were the only customers in line! I get it if you have certain people who can handle food and some who are cooking, but really! This is not the first this happened to us, we were ordering a pizza and the two people who were manning the oven looked at us like we were bothering them. I walked away from that incident being pretty uptight, but thought I would give it another chance! Well tonight was the last time I will visit the Market Express! I proceeded to watch a man try to get his food which was chicken and it took him 20 mins to get it and then had to bag his own takeout! It was kind of crazy! Hope you can rectify this problem!KathyNeighbor
