The room was clean, breakfast was amazing and your staff member Bobbi was absolutely perfect! She had the best personality ever and was so positive about everything. My daughter was even having a rough time and Bobbi knew just the right words to make her feel better!!

Had a last minute addition to our guest list and Bobbi was so accommodating. Highly recommend her and the whole staff to anyone in need of a great hotel. Also great food and service in the lounge area.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel!!! I booked this stay since my daughter wanted to have her birthday party at a water park and the price for Great Wolf Lodge was out of this world. The party was in December and her friends and her still talk about how much fun they had. The water park was better then I expected to be an indoor hotel water park but the girls had fun. They are pre- teens so that’s saying a lot for doing an activity off their phones. The staff from check in to check out were phenomenal, they did everything possible for us to enjoy our stay for the weekend. The hotel was clean in every location I saw: the lobby, the arcade, the water park, the rooms and the elevator which is saying a lot for the amount of foot traffic this hotel receives. When you check in you receive 5 wristbands for the water park I believe and you can use them that night and the next day before you check out which adds a lot of value to going here over Great Wolf Lodge. They also are a Holiday Inn so it’s free breakfast in the mornings as well as free wifi. The water park also has a hot tub section and plenty of seating for adults to chill on the side and watch the kiddos entertain themselves. There are life guards in duty so don’t worry. There is also an arcade and a small cafe that serves various hot food items incase you get hungry. If that isn’t filling the hotel sits across from a Costco, Freddy’s burgers, Dave and Busters, Benihana’s, TGI Fridays, Chick Fil A, Crumbl Cookies and other restaurants. So the location is damn near perfect right off the highway. So if you want to save some coins and have just as good of a time book your trip here instead of Great Wolf Lodge.

The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. We got a room with a separate bunk bed area and our 6YO loved it. And all the lights worked (I only mention this because literally every hotel room I've stayed in over the last 5+ years at least one light was burned out). The waterpark lifeguards were all great too and thanked us for coming. The bar and small restaurant looked cute, but we didn't try either. One con was that the little concessions area in the waterpark said it was open 4-8pm on Saturday, but it closed down at the water break (about 6:30pm) and never re-opened. Was a nice stand, selling pizza and smaller things and adult drinks, just wish it was open when it said it would be.The Arbor Lakes area where the hotel is has a lot of places within walking distance, just had a ton of street construction while we were there (seemed every street was being resurfaced at the same time).

To say my trip wasn't going well to begin with would be understatement, but the moment I stepped into this Holiday Inn, I immediately felt better. The front desk clerk, Bobby, was such a delight and cheered me up after a very difficult trip. Honestly, her kindness and professionalism really sold me on the whole stay! This woman was a godsend! The hotel itself is beautiful! From the bar to the gorgeous front desk, I was very impressed with everything! Also the lattes are super delicious! The room was very comfortable. The blankets were super soft and the pillows were huggable. I usually can't sleep in hotels but I fell asleep so quickly here! I didn't partake in the pool area but I did hear some kids playing around and they sounded like they were having a blast! All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel! Everything is beautiful and comfortable! But Bobby was the real star for me! Such excellent customer service, I felt like I was staying with family!

We booked this hotel because it had a water park inside. Well the water slides are only open on the weekends which was not during our stay. The pool is still really cool but the rope obstacle course was also closed. Our room was adequate. It must be right above the kitchen because the entire hallway smelled like fish. Staff was responsive and sprayed air freshener. Breakfast is not included but there is restaurant with a very limited menu. They have a breakfast bar like I expected but again only open on the weekends. So if you are going on a weekend this place is great. Someone from the hotel called me ahead of time to tell me about the water slides but my whole family had already booked in. It’s clean and comfortable but not as cool or nice as it looks online.

Stayed here with my family for the weekend. For almost $400/night one would expect some quality. Right off the bat the front desk clerk doesn’t really belong in the hospitality business. No greeting whatsoever, no eye contact, spoke way too fast with no engagement. The pool area had clear rules for visitors. Not a single poolside employee, manager included, was willing to enforce the rules. When a handful of kids broke the rules a couple of times, they just simply shut down the water slide, which is the primary attraction for this so called hotel. So punish all the kids, and the parents who paid, because you can’t ask a handful of known kids to step out of the pool? Amenities, including the tv in the room, are way subpar for the price. Never again!

First of all, the customer service at the food station was amazing. Cant remembered her name, but she was an amazing host to me and my party of 5. She took such good care of us and so did the chef, I believe. He was African American and just very kind to us. The food was great. The life guards were nice and friendly. We even had one that came to us about our 7yr old being bullied at the hot tub area by a large group of kids with no parents. She talked to us and told us the behavior wasn't tolerated and congraduated my daughter on holding her own and getting help from an adult. Jasmine checked us in and Stephanie checked us out. The customer service at the desk was great. Bringing towels and condiments straight to us at night. The only critique I have is the bathroom wasn't clean upon arrival. It had splashes of toothpaste on the sink chrome and the door knob was nasty. It had some type of residue on it. But the rest of the room was amazing. We were treated with such respect. We will definitely be back.

Waterpark was nice and lifeguards were all super nice and accommodating. The room on the other hand, dirty and very standard. For $180 & and $200 a night, I’d expect more. Stains and trash along side of couch, cobwebs above bathroom mirror, shower was lukewarm at it’s hottest our entire stay. TV was small and undersized. Also, for the price of this place, I’d expect breakfast to be included??? Not so much. Heat/air was loud and made a strange noise (glad we brought our own fan to drown it out). Pools and waterpark were great for our kids, the room just ehh and overpriced.

This was a nice and clean place. I went for just a weekend to relax and the staff was really nice. Veronica was really helpful and made me feel welcomed, she provided us exceptional service at the bar. It was a nice vibe.
