Granite City has a wonderful burger night on Mondays. Excellent burger menu at extremely reasonable rates. Served with a smile.
Service was slow and we were told it was because they were short staffed. We did the buffet and all the food was cold. Will never go there again
We were seated about 15 minutes after our reservation time. The waiting area is very small & was super crowded. No buzzer or text to let you know that your table is ready so you have to stay close to host area. Our server took our order quickly but it took roughly 45 minutes for food to arrive. Overall, we were happy with our food & drinks but glad we werenât in a hurry.
The service was lacking a little but given that they were packed and I'm sure understaffed as most places are I have no complaints. My wife's salmon was perfect and piping hot when it got to the table. I ordered a medium rare steak and usually at a restaurant it'll come out medium-medium well but it was a perfect medium rare and needed nothing but a little pepper.
Usually we love Granite City. Unfortunately we had a new waiter who was very nice but we had order issues. Wrong food delivered and had to ask for water 3 x
Our server was excellent and the appetizers we had were very good.

Table for 5 for brunch. Arrived late morning. Food was good, staff was really good, but two of came home and have been I'll in the stomach since. No, it isn't the heat, I've been inside ever since. Can't figure out what it was that we ate the same except the caramel rolls and omelettes. Not great.
Noisy off duty employee who's swearing in the bar, food was very bland and despite asking for things to not be put on my order, it was put on anyways. Will not recommend or come back. Food quality has gone down lately...
Wonderful dinner. The all you can eat fish meal is tasty and a great deal. Billy is hands down the best server weâve ever encountered. :)
