I have ordered online from this location twice in the last week only to have them wait until they are closed to cancel the order, leaving me no time to go get food elsewhere as every place is closed. Matthew is the manager on duty tonight. I even called about 15 min. after placing my order to check the status since the online tracker never moved from “preparing your order”, only no one answered the phone then or after they cancelled my order. This location is the worst I have ever dealt with. I’d give 0 stars if it’d let me!
I wish i could give 0 stars. I ordered at 11pm, and your store is listed as closing at Midnight. When there were no updates on the order around 11:35 I tried calling the store. Multiple times. I received no answers on any call. If there were issues with the order, or anything like that you should have called me. Then at midnight, i received a text that my order was cancelled. I blame the 'Matthew' who the app said was preparing my order. This is unbecoming of a company so large.
Normally I don't order out, but last night I was working late and I hadn't planned anything for dinner. My wife and I decided to order a Deluxe pizza from Dominos. It was delivered to our door in good time, but this was the most disappointing pizza I've ever seen. In fact, I was angry at having paid $30.00 for this thing. If this pizza was a newly assembled car, it never would have made it out of the dealership parking lot. The ingredients were paltry and there was barely any cheese. The few ingredients it did have were thrown on the pie in clumps. Two of the slices didn't have any ingredients at all. Never again am I ordering from Dominos.
A volunteer from our organization ordered 6 pizzas for pickup tonight at 6:00 over 24 hours in advance, arrived and they acted like the order never happened even though they charged the card. Refused to refund the order. Then said it would be over 45 minutes for them to make the pizza. So, my volunteer called me and told me, so I decided to order on the app instead. From time of order to ready was only 18 minutes. Why did the store employees lie about the time? Why wasn't the order ready when it had been scheduled(& paid) for?Pretty bad experience here. We used to always use Dominos, but not anymore.
Every time I try to call and place and order no one answers the phone. Happens almost every time I've tried to order from this store. Don't bother trying to order from this place they don't care.
I go here a lot cause they get the order right till today.I didn’t get the so called “$3” I didn’t get after driving in a snowy bad weather, service was kinda poor, after being told it was a 2 hour wait, I came back when told and my pizza was dry OBVIOUSLY it wasn’t a two hour wait. I kinda wanna give away the rest of the domino’s gift card…..I plan a visit Tuesday night at ten and hope the service and pizza will be a hell of a lot better then today super bowl Sunday.Ps go bengals
We ordered two pizzas at 4:00 pm to be delivered at 6 pm. At 6:20, our order was cancelled, no explanation. I tried calling and the recording on the phone seemed to be on a loop and could not get ahold of anyone.We are moving and don’t have any food in the house so we had to run around looking for food for our boys before bedtime since we were planning on having pizza. Terrible experience. Would love to talk to a manager but literally have no way of contacting anyone.
Yum yum yum, love these guys!!! (Edit) Place has gone down hill. Use to order at least 3 times a week but now between the canceled orders due to no drivers, sporadic hours (not listed online) and tonight the pizza not being delivered at all with no notice, hopefully I get a refund in the morning, seems like I need to look elsewhere for my night pizza fix.
The pizza is good. I'm very disappointed the cinnamon twist poor rating on that I remember the first time I bought them when all of the toppings was on the twist and not in the box that was only one time . The last time I bought them was about 2 weeks ago giving it another try but not doing that again but send me a twist do not look like a cinnamon twist on the picture all of the toppings is in the bottom of the box soaking up the box dripping out . The twist is always dry please improve the reason why it's called sentiment twist not for the ingredients to be on the box I'm not going to eat the box please improve this unless you will always get a poor rating from me.
I’ve ordered from them a lot and have never been dissatisfied. Last night I ordered a pizza and the driver brought my barking dogs a bone. it’s the little things and this small gesture melted my heart, thank you. The pizza was phenomenal too.
