Had a delicious blizzard and my friend liked their chocolate shake a lot too. Would come back. Walking inside was much faster than waiting in the long drive through line. Dining room was closed when we came but that wasn’t an issue. Just didn’t want to leave my car idling so long in a drive through. Service was friendly and the place looked very clean too.
It was pouring rain outside, and we were looking for a place to dine in. There are no signs posted anywhere that are viewable from the parking lot that the dining room was closed. After getting soaked and walking inside, we asked the manager why the dining room was closed. He instantly became rude and spoke about how they have no staff. We turned around and walked out.
Always a super long line but it’s worth the wait. I started asking for “extras” in the blizzards and they do not disappoint. Thank you for being reliable and for all the sugary brain freezes.
I really enjoy their chicken strip baskets at lunch time. Always served fresh and almost too hot to eat, even the fries. I had to take one star off for lobby cleanliness. The door glass is filthy, there were a few messy spots on the tables already 1/2hr after opening, and under the seat dividers the border wall wad pretty gross. The food is always good which is the main thing to me.

I'm always looking and he's by far one of the best I've run into ..who is also very cleaely loyal to DQ!As most know recruiting, onboarding, then training plus retention in the last two years has become critically important, moving to the forefront of most business needs in this industry.My experience- Mario was very kind and accommodating while I held up the line ordering a birthday custom written icecream cake. By the time I was done with my order & went to pay it was READY - custom writing and all!! Clearly well trained staff accompanied by this great Manager- 5/5 recommended based on turnaround speed, kind pleasant staff and my overall experience!Big thank you to the MOD & staff who pulled off this amazing custom ice cream cake for me. It was a last minute immediate need and they crushed it. Much appreciated!! ?

I always got DQ when I'm in the area since we don't have many where we live. This one gets most of our business when we're here. Can't go wrong with a blizzard!

Only ordered med berry dipped cone.. Waited almost 10 mins.. Received a dripping cone with partial dip, asked for a new one that took another 5 minutes.. It started dripping ice cream all over within another couple minutes... Staff really needs more dip training here. The new berry dip flavor takes like plastic.. Will definitely NOT repeat.
Busy when we got there but the line moved fast. Got fast fantastic service and the food and blizzard were the best!
