Overpriced in my opinion. Salads were good, but for $15 I thought they'd be bigger. And both salads we got were wrong. My no prob Cobb had cucumbers and no egg, my wife's build your own didn't get two ingredients, the wrong dressing and pita chips with hummus were added even though they weren't supposed to be. It might've helped if I could've heard the workers behind the counter, but it was so loud in there I really had no idea what they were saying. Won't be going back.
The flavor options are tasty. The size of the dishes are perfectly portioned for meals between 500 to 800 cal each and are filling.The loud music combined with all the hard surfaces in the space made it very difficult to communicate food choices at the ordering counter. It was to noisy to have a good conversation with those at your immediate dinning table.I’d recommend taking your food order to go.
This was my first experience ordering at this restaurant. The staff were super efficient and the cashier was so friendly. I didn't order through the app but when I contacted Crisp & Green management to see if my receipt could be added for points in the app, Lily was extremely helpful. She did not hesitate at all with that request. Her willingness and effort goes a long way toward excellent customer service. Between the staff and management I encountered as well as the food being absolutely delicious, this establishment is a five star for sure!!!
Having a fresh produce salad in Minnesota is excellent stuff!! It can be a challenge to eat healthly when eating out but today I suceeded! I chose one of thier specialty salads (not prob cob) and added chickpeas. It.Was.Fabulous!The place was clean, the food great and the prices fair.
Vegan friendly for sure. They can substitute chicken with buffalo or regular tofu for example. First time here and my fiance and I ordered the seoul bowl. Fantastic! Thank you! :) We will definitely keep coming back. ?
I’ve loved my salads at Crisp & Green in Minneapolis when I’ve walked in to the restaurant to place my order. Well, this time I ordered my salad online for the first time in Maple Grove. Unfortunately the bowl was half full! So disappointing!
super delicious and healthy! a bit expensive though. i got a seasonal seoul bowl that was inspired by korea. it was absolutely delicious although there was nothing special for me because i make the exact same flavor at home. i’m used to eating korean food so someone who isn’t wouldn’t know that it is easy to make at home. i love all the options you can add into your bowl too! the outdoor seating was so so nice!!
The last 2 smoothies I've gotten one was with blueberries and 1 was with spinach and gensing. The server put so much ice/water in this last smoothie also that there was AGAIN enough In the blender for a second almost full cup smoothie Needless ot say both smoothies were watered down and just not that good. It's a high price to pay for water..
Wow, I honestly hate to have to write another bad review. Especially after the manager from another location tried to be so helpful after another incident at another location. I decided to try the Maple Grove location because I was in the area and give the restaurant another chance.I couldn’t help but notice how filthy the restaurant was, I went there in the afternoon, normally I can overlook that but it was so dirty in there.I decided to overlook that and order my food, I asked for a warm bowl, the server started throwing lettuce and salad items in my bowl. I didn’t ask for a salad.I politely stopped her and told her what I wanted and she rolled her eyes at me and then aggressively went on to add more items in the same bowl.I was shocked. Because I have already had a bad experience I did not become confrontational but decided to write a review instead. I really loved the concept, and food at Crisp and Green but seems I have had to deal with servers having “a bad day”I am very disappointed I had given the restaurant another chance after having a bad experience last week, but I am not sure if this was worse than the last one. I didn’t even want to eat my food, ended up throwing it away and settling for some leftovers instead.
I tried ordering two salads on line. This is at 7:00 p.m. They told me an hour. At 40 minutes I arrvied - salds not ready and I let worker know I am there. She says "We'll get right on it". I sit down and wait. The10 people in line order, receive their food and leave, next group orders, receives their food and leaves. My order never appears. Now the restaurant is empty! Now they'll work on my order. The worker blatently lied to me. Since when don't online orders get insertedinto the que? Terrible, terrible customer service!!!
