We went for a girls day out lunch and the service was great! Rob (???) from the bar area was a great server. Timely and made us laugh. Great atmosphere and we were seated right away. Delicious food and good portions as always!
Outa 5 ? gotta rate a 10!!!! This restaurant isnt just good. It was ? stunningly exquisite! I highly recommend!
Had one of the best full 3 course meal I've had in quite some time. I didn't think I liked sushi that much until I had it here. Would definitely come back its a great place for a nice lunch
horrible service, we came in with a party of 7.. place was not busy at all.. sat there for at least 20min did not bring us any drinks or the waiter never came, we ask to get some waters. waters took at least 10min to bring out and they forgot are other drinks (coke, ice tea) then another 20min pass then they ask us what we would like to order, we place are orders, appetizer took at least 20min and food another 20min, spend $300 and it takes you guys an hour to get us drinks? never ONCE filled up our drinks we had to ask multiple times and they keep forgetting to get our drink like come on it takes you 7min to get us a coke? and there was many servers just standing around, we had to ask the manager to fill up our drink that’s how bad it is here, and never once checked on how the food was and a 7.5% surcharge? like what?
Excellent menu choices and upscale restaurant! Four of us came for dinner and were seated promptly with our reservation. The food was delicious! We really enjoyed the Steak Frites, as well as the chopped chicken salad, and the Mediterranean Salmon salad. The menu is extensive and also includes many gluten free items. The service was great. The dining experience at Crave was outstanding, and we hope to return.
Maple Grove is not my favorite location,. Service is not great at all. I ordered the food over the phone on 1/7 at lunch time. The hostess was taking the food order and on the middle of it she dropped me by saying " Can you wait? I have to seated my customers." I was placed on hold. Am I not the customer? Am I asking the food for free? That was very disrespectful in my opinion. The sushi I ordered were very small compare to other locations, smashed in the box and without any ginger shavings or wasabi.

The place was nice and the food was good . We went for my husband birthday. The only problem I have is the surcharge they add to your bill; otherwise, the place is nice, and so is the service
Had a wonderful dining experience this past Sunday evening. We were celebrating my granddaughters birthday. Only she had been there before with friends because she loves sushi, the rest of us don't! ? But we had wonderful meals and excellent service. They even surprised her with complimentary dessert and sparkling candle, she loved it!! Will definitely be back!
