I went in with my family for 5 cones and a shake and ended up with 4 cones and a shake instead because we were being rush to pay without even finishing ordering. The cashier kept saying she can help us if we were done ordering and we clearly stated that we were not done. We felt so rush that we just decided to pay for whatever we got. Will never go to this location again. They had many people working, but just seem to not be organize nor communicate well.

Delicious ice cream with friendly staff. There were many choices for ice cream flavors, cakes, and more. The place was clean and well lit. They also have a free parking lot outside their building. I had their cookie dough ice cream in a dipped/sprinkled waffle cone. It was delicious!
They have the best ice cream as well as ice cream cakes. Never disappointed when I make my purchase

This location was sadly a joke, I eat cold stone typically about once a week. I got a gotta have it French vanilla with Reese’s. They were out of French vanilla so grabbed the one from the counter behind them. It was literal soup. Then I got one Reese’s cup as a mix in. 1? I asked for more, in which they said I would be charged additional. What a joke lol. The line was 30 minutes for by far the worst experience I have had at a cold stone.
Don’t list something as available on door dash then not allow substitutions when it’s not available ??
For Halloween they have this flavor called “boo batter.” It’s a black/green color, so naturally it stains your mouth green. It was pretty funny because it looked a little spooky…but then 2 days later I noticed it made my sh*t green!! What a fun Halloween surprise. Trick or Treat!
Should change your hours to 9 instead 10 for Friday Saturday. If you can’t be bothered to stay open why say that you are.
