My GrandSon had his Birthday Celebration at Chuck E Cheese And Had The Best Time Ever. I Thought He Was Going To Be Sacred Of Chuck E, But He Surprised Me. He Was Dancing With Chuck E. They Have A lot Of Different Games To Play, And The Photo Booth Was Really Nice. The Pizza Was Really Good. We Definitely Will Be Coming Back.
The good. Reasonable price if you just play the games. Me and my 2, 4 year olds played for two hours or so on $20. Most of the games work. There is a smell in a few places. Staff was patient and polite. The food seems unreasonable in price. Stick to the games, get some points and let the kids pick out a prize.
We had a birthday party here last week and everything was absolutely awesome. As chaotic as a children's party can be they made sure to have my back on all the things I forgot (candles, cake cutter, lighter, etc) I feel extremely blessed that we got to experience such a party! Totally got the bang for my buck here, with a bunch of rewards too!! Definitely still a great place to be a kid!! Thanks so much to all staff in attendance that day! We will be back very soon!!
Pizza's good, but they have no beverage selection as advertised besides soda and two kinds of beer. Half the games don't even work. Not exactly their fault, but no one was watching their children and my daughter almost got her new toy stolen. Would only recommend for take out pizza
We really liked that there were safety checks to make sure the kids didn't leave with anyone but us. We got each kid a two hour play pass, which was totally the way to go. We were even able to pause the two hours while we ate. The food was surprisingly tasty, but took a really long time to come out. The only disappointing parts were that several of the games were not working, but didn't have signs on them indicating that. Also, they were out of a LOT of the prizes, but they were all still on display. We would definitely go back. The kids (6, 4, 4) loved it.
Gross!!!! staff do not clean the tables and when you ask them to they are very rude. I had my baby in my arms and wanted to set my stuff down but all tables where full of garbage. That table was empty but looked very sticky and had pizza sauce on the seats. I asked nicely if they could get someone to please clean it off for me.Blonde tall girl was very rude she rolled her eyes and her friend with the slick back pony tail just laughed when i asked why they were being rude
My phone got stolen and employees did not care at all. When asked to help look for my phone because the only table that was cleared was the one that I was sitting at I was told that they have 10 different trash cans and that’s a lot to be looking for a phone… Waited two hours for food, overall just a really bad experience!
This is still a great place to be a kid!!!You can buy a single card and the kids can share the play time (and you can play too). It is cheaper than buying 2 separate cards. Play until your time runs out, then enjoy your pizza.The pizza is still the best pizza in town. I just love Chuck E. Cheese pizza.The line to redeem the credits is still slow... so you should plan for it. I had my son decide what he wanted while we were waiting and still took longer than I expected because he changed his mind at the last minute. Don't fret... be prepared for this and keep smiling. The staff is doing the best they can considering that every child before yours either changed his mind at the last minute or didn't even considered the options until they were up...It's good to be a kid
Pizza prices a a little high, but it's a decent pizza. Fun place for kids to run and play games. I love the security measures they take to make sure kids go home with who they came with.
It was really quiet here when I arrived with my one year old grandson to have lunch. Even with it so quiet, they still went through all their safety measures to make sure children leave with the same persons they arrived with. I was happy to see that. Also, the pizza was very tasty. We had a very good time.
