After a long day with more errands to run and no personal time to myself let alone eat I was told by staff when I inquired that the lobby was closed and that I couldn’t eat there but maybe if there were patio chairs outside I could. How lame is it that? I pay a restaurant tax but the blunt verbal policy is that I can’t eat what I just bought inside. I told them I would be quick but alas no, I wasn’t allowed to eat at the place I chose to spend my money. Is where we are as a society that business are open yet no one is welcome? That closing is better for business. I’m not an impractical person I would’ve been done in 8 minutes. We all have a job to do but being open and welcoming is not a menu item here.
Thought this location might be better but it’s not. It’s Equal to Hopkins and Shady Oak Minnetonka location. Tables uncleaned, fountain drinks out of order and some with no syrup left. Food storage table looks unkempt. Who wants to eat at a messy unkempt place where even the employees seem to hate being there. Where are the managers or owners who could use their leadership roles to make these places more desirable to eat at? Owners could be cleaning tables. Your restaurants are gross and pretty soon no one will be going there. Keep up the good work.
Best Chipotle experience I've had in years. Two orders, in and out in under 4 minutes. Can't vouch for the online ordering operations but in person they were fantastic.
I don't even know what to say??? 9PM on May 11th: Tell me why the entire staff was outside, sitting in a car, smoking, with the store doors locked. Only after we tried the doors and got back in our car did ALL OF THEM get out and run back into the store and behind the counter. Who is the manager of this store, and who was working that night? Unprofessional and not slick with their "activities".
Today I ordered 3 bowls online all with “double meat”. One bowl literally had 4 pieces of meat in it…this has been a common occurrence at this location. I’m more than happy to pay the extra for double meat, but when 2/3 bowls don’t have enough meat to cover 1 spoon and another as 4 total pieces that’s just this location ripping off its customer base.
online orders only? ligmaaaaaaa ba11$
I order double wrapped so that my burrito isn't a disaster but it turned out this way when I opened it anyways... Please take care in wrapping burritos for pick up orders...
Is management aware your night employees have been “closing early” 15-20 mins early? When your sign says you close at 10, doors are unlocked, I walk in at 9:40pm and they say “sorry we are closed due too short staff”. I understand short staff, but wouldn’t that mean a couple hours early? Not 20 mins? More so seems convenient for the night shift to get out quicker. This has happened numerous times.
I always go to this chipotle and love it but this time I got my bowl and it tastes like fish, I got a chicken bowl and it legit tasted like fish. When I called they were super rude and denying everything they then asked for my receipt once I told her that they didn’t give me one and there wasn’t even one in my bag she said she was working the register all day which she wasn’t a boy checked me out. Then she said all she could do was give me a number to call someone, and would not give me a refund. Then she hung up and would not pick up the phone later.
Only reason I give them two stars is because the food quality here is usually pretty good, but on the other hand the last couple times i’ve been here it’s been at about 7:45 on Friday night and they already have their chairs up on tables and their lobby is closed. But they’re open until 10? I understand they don’t wanna be there all night cleaning the lobby, but 7ish is way too wary to close a lobby if you’re still open for a couple hours.
