This was an absolutely disgusting experience. Woman working there was rude and the restraunt was beyond filthy. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Then there was the food ( which we had 2 bites of and threw it away). Chips were stale and NONE of the food was warm. It was like eating something out of the refrigerator. We will NEVER return to this location and hope someone steps in to fix the issues or the health department comes by to see what is going on there.
Dining room is a mess and tables are not wiped down. The store is out of forks, and the water machine is warm. This is one of the many Chipotle locations that needs to get back to business and provide diners with a quality experience
Unbelievably bad location, today our take out order had fridge temp rice, cold chicken, and overall cold. Totally disgusting and how does Chipotle say sorry when you contact them? Here is a buy one get one coupon. No thanks, never ordering from this location again. This isn't the first time but it was the worst as 3 orders all the same. Have some shame, don't serve food you wouldn't eat yourself!
Management really needs to step in and ensure orders are being prepared correctly. We've ordered food for delivery many times from here only to have them made incorrectly. We always report through the app our issues but I doubt any of the feedback makes it to the store. If it does, then its poor management for not addressing the issues so it doesnt happen in the future. I won't be going to this location anymore.
Food is good, but service abysmal. Expect to walk in and stand in line while staff talk to each other and ignore you for a few minutes while they fill the online orders. Once enough people line up waiting to order they will start taking orders.
should’ve listened to the reviews! Was told I’d be charged for extra rice when I wasn’t getting beans or most toppings. I happily pay chipotle prices for my simple bowl, but on top of extra charges for normal chipotle requests, the bowl was genuinely not good. Very low quality ingredients. I love chipotle, but spend your money somewhere else or a different location.
I am crazy about chipotle, one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. This location is bad though, and I’m done. Time to find a new location to eat at. The management tonight was rude, and disrespectful as well. It sucks when one location or even one person can ruin an experience. I still love chipotle, but this location and in particular the manager I dealt with brought me down. Really disappointed.
This is consistently the absolute worst Chipotle location I’ve ever visited. The restaurant itself is nasty dirty and is almost always in complete disarray, which makes me question if basic food safety and sanity protocols are being followed while preparing my order. The staff look miserable, work at the slowest pace possible, do not work as a team and seem to view and treat customers as an annoyance. The portion size is often skimpy and my food is usually cold. Corporate management seriously needs to step in and completely overhaul the staff at this location. Even though this is my “home” Chipotle, I won’t be back.
If I could give no stars I would. This is By far the Worst Location That I have ever been too. From the unsafe food to the the unclean store to the horrible customer service. I can in to this store on 05/15/22 and the lettuce was pink , the beans were dried out and crusty. And the store was in horrible conditions. I ask the lady why was the lettuce pink and she said “oh when we rinsed the lettuce and it’s been sitting out for a long time it turned pink”. I proceeded to believe her and just didn’t get lettuce or beans and drove home. I love no more then 5 mins away and my food was completely cold when I got home. You would think that it came out of the freezer. One of my burritos has crunchy cheese. Which indicates to me that it was old. And my bowl was horrible from the meet being mushy and cold to the rice being crunchy. I couldn’t even finish eating it and of course their phones don’t work so I could get ahold of anyone. I called multiple times the next day and no luck.I thought that the worst part of this store was it’s food and it’s dirty store but no it gets worst. I went back to the store at 12pm and asked for a store manager and Claribel said that she was the manager. She was also in the store last night. So I didn’t feel comfortable with talking to her so I asked for a GM a STORE MANAGER. Because Clairbel also had a look on her face that she didn’t care. She went to the back and stayed back there for 5 mins and then came back with who I thought was the store manager. And the clairbel girl came back laughing. I told her about the lettuce and she said “it came like that.” I work with food and I can tell you that lettuce should never come pink. So then I asked the girl Wendy (“Store manager”) if she was the store manager multiple times and she said yes. I asked for a refund because now I’m upset because I know she is lying. She told me even though I know exactly what time I can and I have picture proof that I was there of the lettuce. And that I have the card that I paid with that she couldn’t help me. Side note this girl isn’t the store manager she is not the GM. Through the whole time they thought this was the funniest thing in the world. I never got a chance to talk to the actual store manager. And I feel insulted.PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!! there is another chipotle with better service in maple grove!!
Placed an online order for pick up. Got confirmation that order was complete with proof of receipt and pick up time/location. I got to the location, and my order wasn't on the shelf. No problem, I understand sometimes mishaps happen.I asked the cashier for assistance and she said that they can't remake pick up orders if someone already picked it up (I believe my order was stolen off the shelf or wasn't made at all). This cashier informed me I'd have to reorder and purchase my food AGAIN. I already had a $25 charge for burritos that I DIDN'T receive.My boyfriend spoke with a different employee and he happily made us our order that was missing. Without this employees help, we would have been out $25... The lady working was running the cash register at 5:00 on 4/6. I don't like to be "that" customer...but food is expensive nowadays and you can't just charge customers $25 and not give them their order.. regardless if someone stole it off the shelf, the system isn't working, etc.
