On this visit I was most impressed as I would expect from all of their restaurants. The most delicious chicken sandwich I ever had. They always have awesome customer service. “My Pleasure” the restaurant is always clean. They have a play area for younger children 54" tall or less. I tried their diet lemonade for the first time- very good. Our family are regular customers and have never been disappointed.
this was my second time eating at chick fil a this is such a nice place to go for a quick meal, the young staff was kind courteous and welcoming. Being new we didn't ask for the sauces we needed but the young lady on the patio was very gracious and got them for us and even made two trips because we forgot to ask for sauce for my sandwich as well. There just wasn't a bad attitude in sight. This is hard to find in this day and age and especially in the fast food industry. So hats off to everyone there and the leadership for training, and fostering a positive work place. We both had worked a long day we were tired and needed a short break we went in with low expectations and we were very pleasantly surprised!
Delicious and friendly staff always. Fast and fresh everytime. Never had a bad moment from Chick-fil-A. Thanks to all the hard working staff and amazing fresh food. Keep up the AMAZING WORK GUYS!!!!!
Large parking lot, super friendly, young employees, quick service, always clean, we always dine in here, have never used drive thru.
The best service bar none. Fantastic chicken sandwiches and fantastic waffle french fries. Good parking. Fast drive through, especially when they have their crew outside taking orders. Highly recommended for fast food, the very best in my opinion.
I come here once or twice a week, every week. Staff are friendly and i’ve only had a few order mess ups, which is totally understandable because mistakes happen and not every order can be 100% accurate!! Occasionally I will have pepper jack on my sandwich when I ask for american but they are always happy to fix my order at the glance of a receipt. love the outdoor seating, and the overall cleanliness of the store. This location is a perfect place to stop if you’re out in about in the Maple Grove area!!
Food is always fire and the service is exceptional. Always pretty quick even if there's a line and again the people they have taking and filling orders in the drive thru are always very friendly.
I haven't eaten at Chick-fil-A for 20 years because of their support of anti LGBTQ groups, but they seem to be making better choices for who they donate to, so I figured I'd give it another go.First, expect very long lines! Surprisingly it went pretty fast. I'd say they probably got through 30 cars in 20 minutes if I had to guess. I was actually impressed.The order was correct, and the chicken was delicious!! The Chick-fil-A sauce is the best, I bought some at Target so I can put it on everything. The spicy Sriracha sauce has a very nice kick. I got the spicy deluxe sandwich, it's messy but delicious! So juicy, perfectly cooked, and better than any fast food chicken sandwich I've had.The waffle fries and nuggets are also good. We ordered a 12pc to share and definitely got a few extra bits.I'll definitely be back. I'm glad they are now putting their money into useful charities like local food banks.
We had an amazing experience with Cicily!! She came to our table and we had some good talks and laughs! Plus, one of the employees took our photo for our bachelorette party! You guys are awesome!! :))
I’m not sure who handles my food or how it’s cooked. Every time I seem to get sick when eating here. Today I tried to use a gift card and they said that they couldn’t scan or type it in? Then ask someone who knows how. Now I sit with horrible stomach pains and wondering if I should go to the hospital. Sorry but I’ll eat else where next time. Very disappointing start to the weekend!
