Great Pizza ! Fantastic server!
I was charged twice for the same purchase. When I called the manager to inform that I was double charged, she basically blew me off and said she would look into it and call me back. She never bothered calling back, so now I'm having to dispute it with my bank. That's some great customer service Chanticlear! Keep up the good work! I'm sure when the place closes their door within the next couple years, that manager can use those same customer service skills to get a promising job at Pizza Hut or Domino's! #probablynevergraduatedhighschool!
Would not recommend this place for delivery if you have young children being that they don’t deliver food off thier kid menu to your home. Very disappointing.

This was a fun place. Always thought it was just another pizza joint. Full service bar with pull tabs. Good pizza and music.
I have been going to this place for the last 5 years and had good pizza. We always got it served with mild fire sauce. It's changed or the help doesn't add it. The last three pizzas tasted too sweet and not like any sauce I have ever had there previously. We tried to contact a manager, but they never returned our calls. Not going back. Horrible pizza. Horrible service.
although I have never had the pizza I have had mist everything else and the food and service is always great. Delivery is fast (usually early) and the food is always hot. Thanks bunches!

We got to chanticlear at about 5pm and sat ourselves as the sign said. We waited 25 mins before someone took our drink and appetizer order and that was only after a member of our party of 3 went to find a member of wait staff. The 4th person in our party arrived 10 mins later and placed their drink order. After 20mins their drink had not come to the table. I approached the bar to ask if we could get the drink our table was waiting on and our server was taking shots with a customer. I have no problems with people letting loose at work take shots i don't care, but we'd been waiting almost an hour and our food order hadn't been taken and we were waiting on drinks. Tables that had been seated after us had already recieved their food. Our appetizer came after we'd been there for about an hour and 15 mins. Our server came as we were almost done with our appetizer to take our food orders. We opted to not place a food order not wanting to wait another hour. We observed another server also taking shots as another member of our party approached the manager to see if someone could help us out. It was all very unprofessional. We understand everywhere is short staffed at the moment, we were very patient and allowed them more than enough time.
Service is really bad. It’s usually not great, but it’s fine. Didn’t get a drink order in for a half hour and then waited longer to actually get it. Appetizer took over an hour to get, never place a food order. Multiple members of wait staff were taking shots behind the bar. Big time bummer…
