It's Caribou Coffee! Solid choices for drinks and breakfast items.I usually come to this one because the line is short and pretty quick.

I am a regular at this location on Tuesdays and Thursdays before work...96% of the time great service and great team!Today, 4/21/2022 the gal at window still used tray to hand me my coffee (assistant manager did not on Tuesday and handed coffee out one at a time)...as the gal today was handing out tray closer to me I grabbed first coffee and put in my drink holder and as I was grabbing second coffee (they were coolers) the lid flew off...no big deal ..I asked if gal could take coffee back and put on new lid.. she said "we can't take the coffee back." So, then I asked if I could get some napkins as coffee running/overflowing on my hands etc...she said you can come in inside and shut the window and left the window!!! How can I drive around with a coffee without lid and coffee all over both hands?!!So I did a dumb move and dumped coffee on ground as again how can I drive around and come inside without napkins given to me???As I am coming inside the gal from window is bad mouthing me to the gal making coffee...this really is no one's fault lid came off...Poor customer service when I asked for bunch of napkins - none given and she walks away after telling me to come inside...I had to get rid of the coffee to drive around...She's bad mouthing me to gal while I'm inside saying "you don't have to put up with customers like that."Again, I said to them now that inside I just wanted napkins and you stood there dumbfounded....I asked the gal to make me a new coffee and I would pay for it...they said I did not have toI said I used to work at Caribou and I know the drill....if I would have been given napkins, this would not have escalated this far with me throwing coffee on ground as I had to safely drive around and come inside for new coffee.This gal at window has an attitude and I have dealt with her before...its like she was trying to blame the gal making the coffee...If I saw a customer that asked for napkins ...that's all I wanted, I would have given them to the customer instead of walking away.By this point my attitude was not great....I admit.I did get my new coffee and went around by foot in drive-thur area and picked up coffee that I had thrown.Sorry for my part....Love my Caribou coffee ....but this gal at window had poor attitude ....no sorry and still did not tell me why she could not hand me napkins!!!!Not hectic, only 1 car was behind me.....Thank you, Lori

Two days in the row they messed up my order - It would be just fine, if they were at least polite about it, like people at other coffee shops are. You can at least say sorry, please and thank you. - I ordered the sandwich, pulled up to the window and the worker just said if i wanted any other sandwich. So, I assumed they didn't have the one I ordered. (And by the way, usually people at least tell you "Sorry, we actually don't have this and that, can I get you anything else?" And they also check if they do have sandwiches in stock before taking an order). At the end I was waiting 10 minutes for a different sandwich.

Ordered and paid online, pulled up to get my order, dude didn't ask for my number, got to the window, wanted to charge me again, waited for staff to chat about my order, no apologies, gave me my drink, didn't tip today!

Went through the Drive-thru yesterday before a meeting, I was a little nervous. There were 5 cars ahead of me, but the crew navigated them effortlessly. Made it to my meeting with time to spare, the parking lot is very narrow, with a lot going on. Stay alert ⚠️. Great job guys.

Very nice experience here. I went inside to wait while my car was being serviced nearby. I ordered a latte (maple suggested by the barista) and a breakfast sandwich. Even though it was very busy at the drive thru, the barista and the staff were all efficient and very nice. The sandwich and coffee were delicious, too.

Everything about this store is perfect. Professional staff members, great barista, awesome ambience, and strategic location.

Nightmare Before ChristmasOn December 23rd 2021, me and my friend went through the caribou drive-thru. The man who took my order at the drive thru window was very nice and the woman who took my payment was also very nice. Me and my friend went through the drive thru and were given a wrong drink. I asked for the right one and apologized for the inconvenience. I used to work at caribou so i understand how busy and hectic it can get, so I was very understanding and was not mad at all. We waited for a bit for the right drink and after about 2 minutes a different woman came up to the window and asked us to pull forward to wait. As I was saying thank you and sorry, she slammed the drive thru window so hard it bounced back open. It was very aggressive and her body language and tone of voice made her seem very annoyed and irritated that we had asked for the correct drink. She did not look at me or acknowledge the mistake that was made. I hope she was not the manager on duty because her attitude towards the situation was very unprofessional. I'm not trying to be a "karen" at all and like I said, I was very polite and felt bad about even saying anything. Me and my friend just wanted what we asked and payed for. In the end we got the correct drink and are thankful for that. We just wish we were treated better. ?

SLOW! prepare to wait about 10 mins!constantly getting my order wrong too, had to repeat myself. And still didn't get what I ordered!(Not my first time here but will not be returning)Take yourself to STARBUCKS that is 2 mins away.

Usually great but today was given a cold latte (ordered hot, came in a hot cup--and it was cold. )
