Girls at this location are high or something. Or just don’t care. Second day in a row this happened at this location. We did our trivia yesterday and she didn’t apply it to our order. And when we said something she goes - “oh yah, you can use it again”. What?! So that means I have to order more today! We decided not to engage in further conversation with her because it definitely looked like it wasn’t going to get though to her. Today… had to ask AGAIN to apply their 25% off drink the promotion they had going on today and trivia again. Other girl now made confused face like we were bothering her too much but she looked on the computer what we were talking about. “Oh yeah I see it” - she said. What the heck?! You don’t know about the promotions your store is running… never a smile or anything. I don’t know maybe I expect too much but to me it’s dimly poor customer service. Will try to avoid this place.

Ordered a toasted bagel Sunday morning at 7:15am, didn’t seem busy at all.It seemed like it was microwaved, not toasted.Coffee was great but I would expect better prepared bagels from a Bruggers Bagels partnership. Not the first time this has happened.

This location works prefect for me as it is really close to home and I can usually get in and out very quickly.

This place should be shut down by the company or the state. I alerted staff to a sizable wastewater leak, which was soaking the floor of the lobby. Staff member rolled her eyes and said, "We'll get that cleaned up." That's when I noticed extensive water damage to the baseboards in the area; obviously this leak has been a problem for a while. Every table was filthy and there was food on the floor, getting soaked by the wastewater leak. Disgusting.

If I could give a ZERO STAR I would! I Went and ordered a Iced Matcha Vanilla Tea Latte with coconut milk. Instead got a brown looking ice drink. Decided to go and asked them if they could remake it. Because this isn't what I ordered and it shouldn't look like that.First off, she didn't acknowledge my statement or even offer to remake it. Instead, stated that that's how it's supposed to be. I told her I order this drink frequently and it doesn't taste or look like this. She then with an attitude remakes it and it still didn't turn out right. At this point, I'm on a time schedule and I dont have time to deal with poor customer service.All I asked was for a Iced Match Vanilla Tea Latte with coconut milk. What I get: sorry customer service.

I am disappointed in feeling the need to post this review. I understand that places are understaffed, but the two black curly hairs in my bagel sandwich today put me over the edge. It was also the complete incorrect sandwich on top of it, though that is not the reason for the review. Sad to see this today and don’t know that I’ll be back.

I went to this location today, and I ordered a medium vanilla crafted press with light ice. Not only did the drink not taste right and had the sugar mixture with chunks everywhere, I’m pretty sure the vanilla was completely missing.Also - definitely got EXTRA ice. Not light. Truly disappointing because it was gone after 5 sips.

The coffee was great as always. But the facility was filthy. Has anyone taken a vacuum to the floor in the last 7 days? Tables hadn't been cleared. I wanted to wash my hands when I walked out of there.

Really fast service! Super quality! Steve called us all by name and even though it was super busy he didn’t rush us at all

This location always makes my beverages perfectly and the staff can be really niceBut occasionally I have to argue with the workers here about what I am ordering despite my order being a menu item, with no additions, no substitutions, and no subtractions. I do not mumble or speak quietly either, so I do not understand the confusion. One of the times: I was ordering a blended beverage, and they literally refused to accept that my order was blended. They asked me twice if I wanted it bousted despite me emphasizing that I did not want it bousted when I ordered it. Then they asked if I wanted it sparkling. When I reiterated the same thing, that I wanted it blended and not bousted or sparkling, they seemed to not believe me or thought I was going to bring the beverage back or something and just seemed really skeptical, which is bizarre because its a menu item. This has happened multiple times with more than one drink on the menu so I dont really understand why they put these items on the menu if that's the response workers give (Ive never gotten this reaction from any other location or business in my life so I don't know why it happens?)Plus the company treats its customers like absolute garbage (which I assume extends to its workers as well), so, 4 stars
