I was at this location and ordered a large cooler with 2 extra shots. I make it very sweet because I don't like the taste of coffee. I normally go to the Fridley location due to the fact that they messed my drink up so much that they posted my drink for training purposes.So I received an extra large tasting just like coffee. I went in to ask for the manager and he was not very kind. He was going to take the drink and dump it into a large cup until I said that No it is wrong and I would like a new one. He was upset about making it again only to receive it and have it taste the exact same as the one I returned already. I also told him that if all his employees weren't on their phones while I was visiting, then maybe my drink would have been right Again I received attitude. I guess I will continue to drive out to Fridley for now on.
I went to the store, the lady with two buns refuse to help me out when I was waiting. She just saw me and gave me a ugly look and walked away. So I had to wait for the young Mexican lady with short hair to helped me with my order. The young lady was doing other drinks while the one with two buns was at the back, and was on her phone. Who ever is that lady with the two buns and make up on, needs more training. That’s not how you treat customers and employees!
Had a matcha cooler and it tasted so bland. When I asked about it, they didn’t even seem to care. Disposed of my drink right there. What a waste of money.
This was by far the filthiest caribou I have ever been in. The floors were so gross looked like they hadn't been swept in weeks and the bathroom was in terrible shape. Of I hadn't been so desperate for coffee I'd have left
Sat and waited for my drinks for 20 mins. She skipped our order over and over. I used to work at caribou and I watched her burn our espresso shots and all the other drinks ahead of us. By far the worst service I’ve ever had.
5 Stars, it’s hits all the right notes. They make great coffee and the service is top notch!
Was a slow time of day got served immediately with very helpful service from Jo. She was able to pick a delicious hot beverage that I never would have picked myself
