It's not a full caribou. They sont take perks, gift cards, or have their full menu. Service also tends to be very slow. So I hope you aren't in a rush.

The cashier was rude and acted like he didn’t want to help me.
Bagel breakfast sandwich was quickly made with a fresh egg. Sandwich was reasonably priced at the farm house did not really wow me.
My daughter recently went to this Caribou, we ordered drinks and bagels. 3 bagels ordered, none were correct. 2 of our bagels had 2 tops and 1 had 2 bottoms. They were not the same flavor bagels. Also, each drink was not made correctly. We love Caribou and Bruegger's bagels. But it is really disappointing to get home and have the wrong order. Also, we went to this location to complain and we were told since we came close to closing, we were their at 2 and they close at 3, that the employees were just tired. I don't complain often but this was ridiculous.
Service and accuracy of order continues to be inconsistent. My cinnamon sugar bagel had Everything bagel seasoning on the entire bottom of the bagel. Also, no vanilla in my vanilla latte. Huge Caribou fan, will not be going back to this location.
I absolutely love caribou coffee and I always go however at this location it’s a hit or a miss. I just ordered a large iced vanilla latte & it had no vanilla in it it was a dark color and there were chunks of white floating in my drink. I’m so sad I just wanted to enjoy my latte and patiently and kindly waited for 25 minutes but sadly had to throw it away because I was grossed out.
My family ordered a brunch box through DoorDash. We waited for over 30 minutes for the order to be picked up by the driver who was at the restaurant within a very short amount of time of the order being placed. We then got a message that the order was cancelled. After contacting the store, I was told they were “too busy” to fulfill the order. Sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing more. I will not order from them again. Very poor customer service.
Very frustrating that this location always finds it challenging to get my drink right. My order consists of a simple latte, but get some other untasty drink. Will avoid it from now on, disappointed.
