One of the baristas was the nicest barista I've ever encountered. Kayla was so nice about making sure my drink was actually mixed together. Sometimes baristas dont really mix any of the chocolate into the drink, but she was so sweet and caring about making my iced mocha. I'll be coming back if it means I get to encounter a barista who actually cares about making the drinks. Loved it.
We generally go off hours so there really is never much of a wait. Love to grab some bagels and coffee. The staff is amazing and always do right by us. Could not recommend higher.

This is a busy location so do not expect to be in and out quickly. Drive-thru is slower than other locations I've visited. Staff is very nice though.
In all honesty this Brugger's is one the nicest and cleanest locations.The staff always seems so professional and courteous and they're always happy to see everyone especially regular customers.
Lots of very nice staff! Some have worked there for some time. But drinks are not made consistent (sometimes drink is strong and sometimes watered down for an example) I gave it a 3 star because they always are closing early, not opening on time etc for different reasons. Still cant go inside to order. Maybe its staffing issues but it gets frustrating and then we end up at Starbucks which is close by
This was the worst experience I’ve had at any caribou ever. I waited 10 minutes for my bagel and smoothie. It wasn’t busy when I ordered, about 5 or so people came in after me and three of them got their orders before me. The worker wasn’t calling names or orders loud enough for anyone to hear. A lady took the wrong order, opened it up with the worker, then wrapped it back up and set it down. I finally asked if they had got my order because a few workers were just standing around talking. The worker acted annoyed that I asked and said he’d make it. The bagel wasnt toasted like I asked but I was already away from the store. It was cinnamon sugar but tasted like garlic. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be returning. There’s a cafe nearby that I’ll be checking out. No matter the experience there I know it will be better than mine today.
Every time we order from here, they ALWAYS mess up it up. I asked for an egg, cheese and cream cheese bagel and received egg, sausage and red peppers. Ordered thru the drive thru so did not see it until i was home. Will never be coming back to this location.
