Cafe Zupas has fantastic food - always made fresh and cooked to order. We do online ordering and our orders have been 100% correct every time. Their website is great for ordering - not glitches like other websites. They have a great system of walking into the restaurant and going to the back wall to pick up your food. Love getting the Salad + Sandwich - comes with bread and a chocolate covered strawberry. Yummy little treat! Their deserts look good in the pics, but I wasn't a fan due to taste and price. But again, the non-desert food is always yummy and hot. The staff is very friendly and helpful - we will always return!
I'm on a pretty strict diet right now and looked for a healthy restaurant to ever so slightly 'cheat' at and WOW did we find the right place! Everything was delicious, satisfying and affordable! My boyfriend is not a fan of salads in general but he was pleasantly surprised (times a gazillion) by how much he liked what he ordered. It was something Thai-ish with a peanut butter sauce and noodles, and a Korean BBQ sandwich; two meals worth of food in one. He even liked the sandwich I got with avocado, though he dislikes avocado outside of guacamole. I dislike BBQ and thought his sandwich was better than mine. Neither of us is on the younger side of life, and their menu was a bit difficult to read, even with glasses, and seemed better online than in person. The "seasonal" menu could have been better displayed, so much so that I suggested we should go elsewhere because I didn't want to waste my diet 'cheat', but at the end we were both 100% happy we ate here.The service was very good; efficient, friendly and informative. There's a sign where you order that says something about how they clear tables for you but the tables were no so clear or clean. The location where trays are returned was overly full and the dining room was generally not so clean but I'm sure they're just going through the same worker shortage everyone is now. All in all, would eat here as often as possible.
Went for lunch for the first time on Saturday. It was great! The line moves quickly and my salad was great. Loved the bread and I was so surprised to see a strawberry! It was really good food. I will be back when I'm in the area again.
We love Zupas, their food is always great. The desserts are as good as they are beautiful. And every order comes with a chocolate dipped strawberry!
This Zupa location has gone downhill. The restaurant itself was not clean. Dirty tables, filthy rugs on the floor, bathrooms really dirty. Food was not great either. Lettuce in salad was not fresh, very skimpy with toppings and the salad dressing. The ham sandwich was dripping mustard out of it when we ate it. The lobster bisque soup was very thin. We have been here many times, but this was our last. I spoke to the manager as I left about the cleanliness and it was obvious he really didn’t care.
1st I came here the soup had a piece of hair on the bottom of the up. Second time (forgetting I even came here the 1st time until I ordered online and walked into the door because I live 80 miles away) my steak and cheese sandwich was NOT worth over $10!!! The steak is gross and chewy, if it's even steak. Not really the meal I wanted when I'm down here when there are so many other better places to eat.
I eat here all the time for lunch, great food. I get the ultimate grill cheese with the lobster bisque soup. Usually the cheese comes very hot and melted, this time it wasn’t quite melted and the manager offered to remake it and gave me a free slice of cake to accommodate the mishap. I really appreciate that kind of customer service these days!
Pretty good! The soup and sandwich combo is a good deal. The ciabatta was soft, got the Cuban and mushroom soup, it was good! I wish I would have made a better more complimentary choice for dipping though.But seriously they need to offer soup flights so I can have like 5 kinds of soup! Imagine being able to have 4 kinds of soup at once so I don't have to make hard choices!
Food was delicious. Quick, friendly service. Inside dinning had plenty of seating.
The manager on duty refused to remake the food because a thief decided to take a pickup order. As a driver for a delivery service, this refusal impacted both me the driver and the customer who had their order cancelled because of the inability by the manager to remake the food. Unfortunately this will be a recurring issue since Cafe Zupas Maple Grove does not have an employee verifying order pickup. This in the long run will increase the prices of already expensive food for everyone since the restaurant will not eat the coat and more than likely pass the coat to the consumer.
