The food was piping hot today. Fries, Chicken sandwich and nuggets. Quick friendly service from the staff. They even followed my request for very little ice in my drink. Much appreciated.
I’ve eaten at this location before and because of the service and the quality of food, I didn’t come back for quite some time. We decided to give it another shot today because we had a coupon. We went through the drive through and right away, the young lady that was working drive through was very polite. Very nice change of pace. She was kind enough to include a coupon for breakfast. We’re going on a road trip tomorrow morning and that coupon for breakfast really made us happy. Small little things like kindness, manners, and food that taste good, these help make the world go round. We need more people like her working in the fast food industry. There are so many rude people working in customer service and it’s getting worse. We will definitely come back here again.
Great customer service! Stopped here tonight around 8pm. The woman who was taking orders in the drive thru was very polite and genuinely sounded like she wanted to be there. Seems like the fast food industry has been taken over by rude unhappy poorly trained employees. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a good fast food experience so this was a nice change of pace. Food was hot and fresh! Best part is that coupons were included in the bag when I got my order. New favorite location.
Horrible!! We waited almost 1 hour and there weren’t many cars waiting. I’m wondering if they even have a manager to run the place better
This place don't earn no stars. The employee are just there to get paid but not working as it need, they still need training. For a large drink is not even a full fill, is more of half fill. So is not worth for a large drink, minds will just get a regular drink size. Please do not hire lazy people.
I'm sure I went when they had a shortage of employees. The person who helped me was friendly and accurate. He was having people drive to the front to get their food, though. I think 3 or 4 people were waiting there when I was.
The last two times I have been there, they have screwed up my order so badI ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with no onion and get home as it’s jr whopper with onionMy fault that I’m stupid not to check before leavingOut of coke. Gives me a cherry coke.Please tell me you are out of coke instead of just giving me this.
These 2 stars are only for the employees only. They were super nice. But first I waited 7 min to pull up to the speaker then was told to wait to order another 5 min wait. I have worked drive thru's so I understand being short staffed. Again super nice staff but the food was gross. Fries were half warm half cold. The burger was dry and idk just tasted weird. I haven't eaten here for over a year and a year ago it was the same thing. Feel bad for the staff they for sure need help from corporate. Also they were out of Coke. So sad cause when burger King is good it's good but this is not a good one.
Plain and simple...I will never return to this restaurant ever again. It will be a long time before I visit any Burger King. Their new Whopper Melt was a complete disappointment. We did customize our Whopper Melts a little bit, and the employees completely disregarded the instructions. The Hardee's Frisco burger is 100 times better.We took advantage of the mobile app so we could pre-order and go through the drive-thru. But it still took almost 10 minutes to get our food after we approach the window.Be careful driving into the establishment. There are more potholes than pavement. It's no wonder Burger King is going down the tubes fast.
This Burger King is less than desirable. Just pulling into the parking lot tells the whole story. The parking lot and drive through are a complete disaster. If they can’t keep up there parking lot don’t expect the restaurant or staff to be any different.If I were an employee at this location I would not be all that happy either. What a total depressing place to go to every day.Where is the BK headquarters in all of this? Seriously, this BK needs a complete makeover starting with the pothole infested parking lot and drive through. You can’t blame the staff when the restaurant itself is falling apart right in front of their eyes.BK headquarters needs to step it up and take a good look at there restaurants. If they are franchised owned they still need to look into them to understand why they are falling apart and failing.
