Excellent customer service!! They go above and beyond any other fast food place w a drive thru in MG. (Would be happier if they still sold potato cakes ;)
Don't get me wrong, I like Arby's. The one in MG has great staff and the dining room is always clean. However, Arby's needs to stick to what they do best. The new steak burger isn't one of them. It wasn't a fresh cooked burger. It was overcooked, dry, and the edges were way too crispy.
Accurate food in the drive thru and quick friendly service. Great experience this time at this Arby's, like usual.

I’m not sure how this bread tie ended up in my slider box. Food was pretty good. Not happy about the garbage included with my food. If a manager is reading this, feel free to cross reference expiration dates on current bag of bread on hand in-store.
Picking up for Ubereats. Ignored for 5 minutes while they're talking to each other swearing and not caring that a customer and his little girl are waiting to place an order. Is this the new standard for Arby's???Is it that hard to find workers???If I'm picking up to do a delivery I have to leave my bag in the car so they won't ignore me.
A small error was made with my order as I received the wrong shake and two managers offered to fix the error with a new shake or a turnover. Best customer service I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant.
Every SINGLE time (which is more often then I would like to admit) we go to Arby's the team members are so kind and the food is always great.
Good service today. Haven't been here for many years. The staff was friendly enough but I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, especially in the entryway. This location could definitely use some overnight deep cleaning.
Man I go there alot and the people that work there are top notch! No slacking on food or service. Thanks for the caring team at Arby's!
