-Slow, inattentive service and it was EMPTY. And despite having ONE table the server still managed to get my order wrong.-Chocolate malt was like warm, flavorless chocolate milk. How do you even make a malt with a slightly warm temp?-Burger was average to decent-Good atmosphere-Great Location
Their kitchen had a fire that set off the extremely loud fire alarms. It took maybe 15-20 minutes for the fire department to come turn off the alarm, so we ate our food while basically being tortured by the noise (many other customers had left but we stuck it out).All would’ve been forgiven if they discounted our food but they charged us full price anyway. Pretty bogus. I do not usually expect any discounts anywhere but I fully expected one after my ears were blasted off by their kitchen’s mistake.They had also gotten one of our orders wrong.
Be aware that if you order online and you get home and discover something is missing they will not refund you. I called to let them know, and they said the "manager" would call me back. Well they never did nor did I get my refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card and got my money back. The items missing has happened before, which is why I did not let it go this time.
This place is a local college bar and grille, great breakfast, lunch is alright. It is a bit cramped in there as far as space between tables if you are weird about that, I didn't care much. They have these sweet aluminum cups for cocktails, that is something to write home about.
Terrible customer service food is just a taste less sloppy mess. Used to be the best breakfast in town and now its just thrown together with no care and no taste. Very disappointing! Waitress will walk by a dozen times and not ask once of you need help.
The tables was dirty the food was prepared wrong and the black girl had a bad attitude when I didn’t want the food and wanted the table clean and then they put me and my friends out cause they didn’t want to get our order right I would never recommend or eat there
I want to like this place so much because the food is SOOO good. But the service is SOOO bad! My husband and I come for breakfast and there are a ton of college kids working, but getting a refill of coffee nearly impossible. With as many people working, there should be an abundance of coffee flowing. A person shouldn't see the bottom of the cup. Instead you need to ask for a refill and it still takes them forever because they go behind the bar a chat with their co-workers. If you need refills then you are good.
Always good... However, the pancakes are definitely smaller than they were at one time. Good service, decent prices.
I came here to spend time with a couple individuals and I really wanted to show my mother this place because I use to love it here . As soon as we walked in . We tried to look for a table but the tables were extremely dirty. So we stood and waited . A worker standing behind the bar was on the phone talking to someone on her personal phone and it appeared as an argument (unprofessional) as soon as she was off the phone she rudely told us we can seat ourselves and why are we standing there. I told her the tables are dirty… another girl came along and cleaned the tables. There was a couple that came after us and they got seated near us. The waitress that cleaned the table helped the couple but not us. We did not even get menus. The waiter proceed to ignore us and literally help every other table that was behind us and next to us but not us. I made eye contact with her and she proceed to allow us to sit there for over 10 minutes. I kept trying to be patient because I really wanted to eat there. I was so shocked by the service that day that’s never happened before but I felt unwelcomed and mistreated and it was embarrassing on my part to even think about taking my mom here and that’s her first impression. I sent a general inquiry email to the company through the website but didn’t get a response back it’s okay. I’m disappointed probably won’t be back for awhile .
Waited way too long for our food, my daughters pancakes were brought to the wrong table so she sits and waits for an hour for her pancakes. Takes a long time for our waiter to check on us for refills. Was sat upstairs on a broken table.
