The store is filthy, although the staff are very efficient when it comes to people's orders.
The staff is amazing especially Hope and Olivia. There is always a line but the staff is quick and it doesn't take long to get through.
Literally kept choking on my drink (mango dragon fruit refresher with lemonade [grande]) had no taste and also I asked inclusions and they gave me none ?? [I still love Starbucks and I’ve been a customer for years but I will let this one slide]
It is a normal Starbucks. Maybe cleaner than most. The drive thru is always busy.
2 last times order of Moc cookie crumble medium that taste was terrible and not worth $5.60Expensive coffee but LOW QUALITY !!! Yr staffs need more training
Can't make a trip to Kato without stopping at Starbucks. Mango dragon fruit are my kid's favorite, I'm simple give me a Cafe mocha and I'm as happy as a clam.

get a simple drink here a few times a week, usually very good, but within just the last week i’ve been given a drink with cow’s milk twice (not soy or oatmilk like i asked) and i am so lactose intolerant that i end up in pain and sick a few hours later. kinda disappointed and would be a much bigger issue if someone allergic were to get the wrong drink. i’d rather be told they weren’t able to make my drink :(
Went in for some drinks and had a really great experience as our barista took care of us to make it great.
Great service, but it just takes forever. It takes forever because it is so popular, and good. I recommend going here for a coffee fix but not if you are in a rush.
