Went inside for take out as I prefer seeing the selection of entrees and sides before ordering. Everything looked fresh and well stocked, only the vegetable spring rolls looked way overdone so we didn’t get any. We also got 2 kids meals which were enjoyed, especially the dried apple slices. Service was provided by Mary who was pleasant and very helpful. Would definitely visit this location again.
Employees were working hard & were pleasant. Food was only ok. The orange chicken was fresh & crispy, but everything was too sweet for my taste. I would have liked a higher spice level. Not worth the calories while I'm trying to loose weight.
The Mankato location was a total disaster until early 2022. You could stand in line 45 minutes while employees in view played on their phones & ignored people. Now, they’re fast & extremely friendly. Not sure if they got new management or what but I love the place now.
My wife ordered shrimp at the location it did not seem like there was enough shrimp so I went inside to get more for my wife the man working was very nice and was about to give me more and as he reached with the spoon this black-haired woman came up from behind him grabbed his wrist and said no no we can do that I explained again that the shrimp was not sufficient and she still told me that it only comes with five and that's going to have to be okay. I didn't know that Panda Express couldn't afford two pieces of shrimp for a complaining customer. Horrible customer service.
I always did drive through, but yesterday I had guests so we dined in. First thing, the gal that helped us was wearing a white winter coat that was so disgustingly filthy. It was black all over the front and going up the arms. We have no idea what she was thinking. She was even cooking in it. She rang up the food wrong and tried to count back the change. We had to prove several times that she shorted us $20. To top it off, our food was cold, like out if the refrigerator cold. The ice machine was broken and the toilet in the ladies restroom was makeshift. We also noticed that they never changed their gloves. Touched food, touched money, touched food, touched face and so on. Come on Panda, you can do better than that.
Had to wait 20 min and called manager Mary, she apologized for the inconveniences and reassured my family that she would be addressing these issues. She was very understanding and seemed to genuinely care about customer satisfaction.. thank you Mary for your attention to this matter. Food was decent but order wasn't even correct. I will try again some other time ..
I heard this was a good place to eat, but my Husband and I thought the food was really bland. I had the Sweet and sour Ckn with shrimp and walnut entree's with an egg roll. My Husband ordered a different entree, and both didn't have much flavor or seasoning s. And even tho we watched them prepare, and we ate there inside. Food was not very warm either. I'm so sorry ?
A few years back, I met up with my friends & I had the Plate with 2 entree’s & a side - beef & broccoli ? orange chicken ? fried rice - definitely had extra for lunch the next day. Very good Chinese food ? yum yum!!!
Not A Fan! I ordered a medium beef and broccoli with fried rice. I had 3 pieces of beef and like 10 pieces of broccoli, and the rice was dry and little to no flavor. I spent $15 on a meal and didn't enjoy it.I would not recommend to a friend.
Met up with some friends a few years ago & had the Plate with 2 entrées & a side - I chose the Beef & Broccoli ? Orange Chicken? and Fried Rice. I definitely had extra to take home….
