Usually have had a good experience here but learned the hard way today not to do delivery and just pick up. App said delivered 15 minutes before delivery actually happened. The phone number the app provided for the driver was an inactive phone number. Just seemed sketchy and either glitchy within the app or driver was saying delivered way before it actually happened. Not to mention the bag was ripped pretty bad when delivered. Just gonna pick up next time.
My niece and I wanted to eat there went to order and we where told online ordering only. Sorry but I'm not ordering online to sit down in eat. Poor services.
The dining area is absolutely filthy. Even the walls have a layer of grime and food stuck to them. The whole place needs a deep cleaning and sanitizing. Dirty fingerprints on every surface. Disgusting. I'd be scared to know how bad the kitchen is. The food was not great either. Will not be back.
My meal was okay - was very dry like it was missing the liquid sauce. I'll try again some day - might have just been a fluke.

I usually enjoy Noodles, but this is not the best location. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of their dining space. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles and a side Caesar salad. Brown, soggy lettuce and about the bites in the salad. Entree was overly sauced, but had good flavor and was a good portion size. I shared it with my partner. In a very convenient location in University Square.
It's good when you can actually get it. The menu is very inconsistent, things are frequently unavailable, and the posted hours are simply not correct. They switch to online order only at times- which is fine, but then the website says that online order is unavailable. And the lights are off and the doors are locked. So they're closed. But they're posted to be open. But they're literally just closed.
Normally noodles and company is a solid place to get pretty good food. But today I came in and ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and there was a bone inside one of the meatballs. Disappointed.
