my granddaughter wanted icecream but doesn't like the cone so I asked for it in a cup. She got half the amount than if she would have had it in the cone. Service was not that great either.
Staff was visibly stressed and under pressure and reflected in their service. Overall poor experience with an incorrect order to boot.
Terrible service. The drive through was packed. The inside bustling, the ice cream maker broke and every one ignored the counter for 8 minutes. The guy in front of me yelled out aren't you helping out at this register anymore? Then they came over.
McD's on Highway 169 in Mankato is great. Awesome service. Great staff. My family goes to this McD's at least twice a month if not more.
Ordered off the kiosk. Food was as ordered. Took quite a while to get food. Restroom definitely had not been cleaned in a while.
Everyone here is always very friendly. I usually come here for breakfeast and lunch here and there. Food is always made correctly and wait times are usually less than 5 min. I would also recommending ordering with the app, but still picking it up in store or at the drive thru.
Fry's way to salty. Couldn't even finish them. I had to pull up and waited 5 minutes. Every thing else was good.
I stopped here on my way through town and placed an order through the app. The drive through line was long, but it moved quickly. The employees were friendly and the service was good. My order was hot and fresh.
I really do not like the fact that we can't do our own refills at the soda station. All of these new McDonald's look antiseptic and unfriendly.
Typical fantastic food. Service is top notch even though I had a fairly new server.I will say that management needs to address the issue of off duty employees carrying on conversations with on duty employees over the counter. This is unfortunately unprofessional, distracting both customers as well as employees behind the counter. This definitely slowed down the service times on orders while I was there. I know that you watch these times very closely.
