Excellent service. The food was brought to our table really fast and everything felt hot and tasted fresh and delicious. We ate in and the l service was very freindly
The burger was fresh and fine but the french fries were old tasted like they were reheated. Cuz it went through the drive-thru and was a fair amount of way wasn't worth turning around.
McDonald’s is cheap and easy but lately it seems like every time I go there they manage to mess something up. Tonight 5/26, I go there to grab supper and they forgot my cheeseburger, I got home and realized it so I immediately had to go back. I spoke to one of the workers and told her my order..I distinctly remember telling her that I had ordered a plain cheeseburger..I get back home and realized they managed to mess up the same order twice. I got a cheeseburger with the works. McDonald’s..for the amount of money your workers get, they should be able to follow simple instructions. I’d really appreciate a refund or a free meal. This is getting ridiculous
The food was warm, but they were more worried about their doordash orders than about the customers who went to the store to pick up their own food, so it took 20+ minutes for us to get our order. Plus we had to put in our own order because nobody would come to the counter and take the order. Might as well have cooked the food myself at that point.
We ordered ahead on the mobile app saving time we thought. We'll we pulled into spot 3 clicked arrived and proceeded to wait almost 25 minutes meanwhile there were 5 different cars through the drive thru pick-up lane received there food still waiting. Service needs some maintenance.
I was only one in lobby, super slow service, lot's of help in back but very disorganized bunch.3 were more involved in trying to figure out how to mop the floor, others were dropping sandwiches on floor than fixing wrappings before bagging them because some hopper machine was moved away and not catching them right.What a bunch...
3/17/22 Thought this McDonald’s was better than the one on Adams St. I ordered a Shamrock Shake on the app. Supposed to get a free French Fry with the order. I get there, and I get no shake. When I go inside to ask why, they said the shake machine had gone down. How convenient. And to top it off, they charged me for my fries.
The crew here is great. Occasionally orders are missing one thing or are slightly off but they are always busy so I wouldn't hold it against the staff.

We hadn't been to a McDonald's in years due to quality issues.We decided to give it a try again. I got a Big Mac meal and my wife got a cheeseburger meal. Neither were very good. They didn't even put much sauce on to help mask the low quality product is.And for whatever reason just like years ago McDonald's food still messes with my stomach. We definitely won't be going back to any McDonald's anytime soon.
