We bought a 20 piece tender and some ofthe strips were actually cut in half. Not sure if they were out or saving chicken. If I'd lived in town it would have been taken back!
Walked in and was going to order a bucket. First the lady said they didn't have enough chicken so I asked about how long and after waiting 15min for her to come tell me how long she said it would be another 20 min or more. None of the employees were happy about being there.
Ordered a 8 peice all dark chicken and a small coleslaw.The chicken had to have been under warmer for hours. What nasty place never again.This was the one on Madison Ave in Mankato Mn. Dont ever stop there NASTY !
Staff helped the person in front of us and then completely turned her back to us and started helping fill orders. Never acknowledged us or even asked us to wait. Stood there for about 5-10 min and still nothing. Left and will probably never go back
Got two pieces of old dried out chicken. No gravy on my potatoes. A pile of crumbs for a biscuit. All cost me $9.73. Got home threw it all away.
Service wash slow and manager was super rude to staff members in presence of customers. After taking our order they came out on two different occasions during same visit to tell us they had to change our order. We got a refund and were barely apologized for the poor service. Won't be dining there again.
It is KFC. They serve chicken. If that is what you are looking for, great.If you are looking for happy employees, no. If you are looking for a crisp and clean environment, no. If you want fast chicken, this is your place!
I called before coming to get a meal,was told I can’t preorder or pay via phone had to go thru drive up. Got there & was told they were out of chicken ? if i wanted an 8 piece meal all I could have was 3 wings, 1 breast, 1leg but no discount because machine didn’t have a button for discount! I was talking to the manager!!!! I was to pay for 8 pieces to get 5! They were also out of original chicken, all chicken strips, I could get a bowl with chicken pieces. This place has extremely poor service!! How do you run out of chicken ? at a chicken place. We went for tacos instead ?
40 minutes of waiting for an order. 3 customers walked out after not being waited on. Very disorganized and very rude. Not 1 worker in there smiled or said anything friendly to a customer.
Went through the drive thru on 4/30/22 Saturday night. There was a wait to order, I’m guessing about 1/2 hour to get to the intercom. Placed order, wanted 7 piece bucket original recipe, they were out and asked if extra crispy would do. Not a big fan but had already waited 1/2 hr. The store was busy and clerk said they were short staffed when I got to window and asked them if I would have ordered original if I would have gotten it! She just said super crazy and busy!! The chicken was so hard to bite into and meat was dry, gravy pretty watered down and biscuits were doughy on inside!! I understand the being short staff but that doesn’t give them a excuse to send out poor quality of food. Totally disgusting and not worth the price I paid even with $10 off! I use to love KFC when it was at the Riverhills mall but my experience at this establishment has come to a end!!!
