This Jersey Mike's is the best one we've ever been to! We visited the other one in town first, but as first time visitors we didn't appreciate the speed necessary to order when we hadn't even been to one before. We were also the only customers in the store. No patience for my first-visit questions. We've been patrons of Riverfront Jersey Mike's since! Employees are still in a hurry, but much more kind, patient, & always with a smile of appreciation for our business. The sandwiches are SO good that I always buy TWO- one for now & one to take home for later- we don't live in town. The Riverfront tables inside & outside are always clean, & the garbage cans are never overflowing. The soda pop station has always been spotless. I love the Shore Points rewards- what a great deal, plus I'm always getting texts for special deals. There is usually a coupon at the bottom of my receipt too- just wish it was good for more than 7 days since we don't get to town but once or twice a month. I'm amazed how many people have never heard of Jersey Mikes- we tell EVERYONE because the "Mike's Way" sauce is AMAAAAZING!! We no longer visit any other sandwich shops!!

9/13/2021 8pm - First time to Jersey Mikes. Walked in there with a friend and waited patiently for a few minutes while the staff just kept talking amongst themselves about personal things. A few more minutes awkwardly passed and we just left... as we did not want to bother them or wait any longer to be acknowledged at the front counter. Disappointed in the staff.
