I have bought one gift card from there and they tell me it didn’t have any money. I bought another one and they told me only for online orders. Which we didn’t now. They don’t accept cash so remember that too. So over it!
I tried to give this place a second chance but once again I am very disappointed. Approximately two months ago I ordered cookies and they were delivered two hours after the delivery time I had selected. Today I ordered cookies for somebody’s birthday and after 30 minutes of not receiving them at the selected delivery time I contacted their customer service line. I found out that the store was not even open as employees had not shown up for the morning shift. They let me know that the establishment would not be opening until 6 PM. I needed my cookies at 12:30 PM. If the store is closed then you should not be able to order online or through the app for delivery. Extremely disappointed. Can’t believe this place is still in business.
Stayed in town to give this place a try. Unfortunately they were closed during their listed business hours. Don't plan on it being open.

I was just in there earlier today because there was no delivery available, and all I have to say is the girl that was working, was the only one in the entire establishment as far as I could tell, and was doing the best she could, a wonderful job considering the circumstances, but a manager should have been there ensuring shifts were filled and things were stocked! they were out of the first 3 cookies I asked for! Ridiculous. Y'all need to get it together. No delivery driver, no employees, no cookies, what is going on.

Cookies are fresh and delicious. Tye snickerdoodle were soft on the inside and perfectly crisp around the edges. Warm and tender, their cookies are a must have for any time of the day. Served quick and with a smile, I will be coming back in the future.
Warm cookies until 3 am, they have a decent variety.
They never shipped my order, which was a gift. Fed Ex stated they prepared my package but have not given it to Fed Ex. I tried to email them, no response. I tried to submit a question online. I got sorry, internal server error. I would not use this company. Very unreliable and no response from the company.
Was walking in and one of the employees yelled at me and my friend to “you need to leave you don’t have a mask” in the rudest tone
