The service at this Hardee's was great on July 23, 2022 at 6:00pm. Cindy was so helpful, and the food was great, thank you.
Pros: not busy at 8 pm Friday. Fries were fresh. Staff was polite. Clean restaurant.Cons: next to a trashy motel with creepy people. Burgers were very average, a little expensive and beyond sloppy.
Ordered drive-thru waited 15 minutes for my food. They were very apologetic and gave us 2 free meal tickets, but the free coupons are only good at the fargo location not anywhere near where we ordered or where we live.
Came for breakfast on 3/30 and the drive thru cashier was very friendly and I got my food in a good time. The food as well was really good. Would rate a 10/10 if I could.
Good place to stop in for truck drivers. You can park at the truck stop across the street and get to this restaurant fairly quick. It wasn't the fastest joint for 5:30PM, but the food made up for that!
Hardee's isn't my favorite fast food place, but when I occasionally eat here, I find the food to be just fine. It's always pretty much what I expect it to be. Today, I was very impressed at the friendliness of the staff. We ordered a Frisco Burger, and the employee was very apologetic that they were out of swiss cheese and asked if they could substitute another kind. Of course it wasn't a big deal, but they were so polite about it. That's the kind of thing that makes or breaks a restaurant for me. I enjoyed their fries!
Hardee's Mankato Harassment by employees 826748015 I was just harassed by 4 Hardee's employees on February 3, 2022 between 7:50 pm and 8:00 pm. As I was walking out of Riverside suite's in which is my residence next to Hardee's in Mankato MN to get into my ride that was picking me up. Then was verbally assaulted by what appeared to be the shift lead hanging out the drive thru window yelling at me to "pull up my pants." My pant in this case were up. I tried to confront the manager about it and she denied yelling at me but someone else. There was no one else around. I simply asked multiple times to talk to someone but instead was getting called inferior names. Besides the fact that I could not have been the one getting yelled at but being denied an explanation from this female does not justify being unprofessional in her work environment. At that point 3 other employees joined in on it too. One male started to record me on a phone and 2 other females were verbal assaulting me. Yelling at me that they are taking my rides license plate. Words like cr*ck head were repeatedly used. Which is ironic because the manager claimed that she was " in recovery" meaning she has smoked cr*ck before. I have never smoked cr*ck in my life! I am a hard working profductive member of society that busts his a** going to college and working 40 hrs a week. Tomorrow February 4, 2022 I will be heading down there with my 2 witnesses to file a complaint with the manager between the hours of 6 am and 12 pm. I find this a highly disrespectful act from the employees of Hardee's as a customer and non customer. These four employees are the biggest disgraces to the work environment, a hope for the future, and not to mention the Hardee's company they work for. Yours Truly, Derek J.
been about 4 times usually takes 15 minutes with zero customers in drive through to get food. Every single time is a let down. it'd be better if you got fresh food every single time. but waiting that long and you can tell the fries are way old and food isn't hot like it was just made. more like they made it then let it sit for 5 minutes just for fun.
