As soon as I walked in you could see the place hasn't been swept in a while. When my order came out it was just falling apart with a bottom bun so soggy it melted. The server was rude and showed she really doesn't care about her job. So better Hardee's.
The bun on my sandwich was old and hard not much cheese and the ham was in a clump in the middle of the sandwich.my curly fries were cold.my friend said his mushroom and Swiss was great his fries were hot.
By far the worst order I ever had and when we finally get it correct the 3rd time they give you attitude, very disappointed in the workers there they r very rude and disrespectful. Will never go back there again.
Waited. 10 minutes for food was pulled forward with. No one in line. Burger was subpar, onion rings were good
I stopped to get lunch for my mom. Ordered a bacon Angus cheeseburger and asked for no mayo, lettuce or tomatoes. The man read it back to me and it was correct. He also confirmed to order at the window. Got home with her lunch, it's covered in mayo. I don't live in Mankato or I would have gone back. Ended up throwing it away.
Ordered a fish sandwich and it had very little lettuce and little tartar sauce, also ordered large fries and they were wilted and old.
Waited 20+ minutes for our food. Our chicken tender was soggy and not crispy. We went through the drive through they pulled us to the side. Had to go inside two times for our food. Second time we went in the manager was on his phone instead of helping other employees get the food out.Was also told they were closed early on other occasions when it said on google we still have 40 minutes before they closed. Worst store I’ve been to, bad customer services. Won’t be going back to this store.
Worst experience I had ever had ! On 3 /3/21 @ around 1245 I went thru the drive thru . I got greeted by some who sounded like I was bothering them. Next was after I got my food the fries were VERY salty and tasted more like grease. When I had my ham n cheese sandwich I had a ham n bread . I had one small spot where there was cheese. Sorry I will never return !
Drive thru service Very good. Food was hot and fresh. Employees very friendly. Just wish prices weren't so high.
This is the worst mushroom swiss burger I have ever had. The burger taste burnt and the "Mushrooms" are just little bits of stem. This burger is almost 8 dollars! What a rip off! Just an apsolute joke!
