It's drive thru only, I walked thru. They really need a walk up window.
The donuts were fresh and delicious. The drive up service was friendly and kept the line moving. However, I ordered and paid for 13 assorted donuts but only got 12. I don't like the fact I paid for an additional donut and never got it.

Imagine answering the phone and then taking the phone off the hook so customers can't call to discuss an issue with their order.
Caribou is typically my favorite of the franchise coffee shops, but the Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese is an absolute banger. That combined with the store doesn't try forcing tips on you with the card reader, and instead has the tip bucket, makes this a hard to beat location.
Ordered the cold brew with cold foam & it was so weak. If the brew isn’t ready, I’d love to be told to order something else rather than paying for a sad drink.Service is always friendly regardless!
I have never had any issues with orders until this week. First was a mobile order that very clearly was two vanilla frosted donuts with sprinkles. I received two vanilla frosted donuts WITHOUT sprinkles. Second was an order placed in the drive-thru. I ordered my usual two vanilla frosted donuts with sprinkles and a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles for a co-worker. Before I drove off, I quickly peeked in the bag to see if my donuts had sprinkles (and they did). When I got to work and went to deliver the chocolate donut to my co-worker, it was absent from my bag. I called and was offered the choice of stopping back in to get the donut or having it credited back on my card. Either way I am going to have to make a special trip back to the store. Taking this as a sign from the universe to take a break from grabbing breakfast on the run!
If you're going to continually have ingredients not on hand or in stock you should probably do a good job of explaining that to your customers when they pull up to the drive-thru and or have it posted somewhere because you clearly don't. Also for the individual speaking over the drive-thru microphone please don't treat me like I'm an employee and I know everything about the menu because I don't work at your company if I have a question don't just immediately sigh and be put off and annoyed by a customer asking you something. I'll be taking my business to Starbucks instead
I Come to dunkin every Friday for donuts and coffee for a child and my office. Every Friday in last 2 months between Madison and riverfront has majorly screwed up. Specially when you pay for extra details and then it's never, never done. It gets frustrating or a donut or sandwich missed for a little kid on a Friday morning. Please pay more attention I get quickness i have been in resturamt/food management for years. Quality sometimes is better then speed.
I love stopping for their nice fresh & soft donuts (they don’t skimp on the frosting) & a Cappuccino ☕️I’ve also had their Roasted Tamato & Avacado Toast ? yum yum!!!
