An hour later and still no pizza. If you are staving definitely don’t order from here. Make sure you order 2 hours before you want to eat so it MIGHT get to you on time.
Nothing against the place I just think the quality of food was not the greatest. Half of the Toppings were burnt but the pizza was cold, the wings were supposed to be Buffalo wings but they seemed to barely have sauce on them, the lava cakes were ok and the cheese bread was mediocre. The driver that delivered the pizza was not very personable and barely even said hello when I came out to get my order.
Have had multiple problems with car side delivery. App will cut out when I push the I'm here button. Each time this happens workers just say the app isn't working after I've been sitting for 10-15 minutes. I never get the free pizza advertised after my wait either. A bit frustrating.
The pizza is always good. That’s why they deserve at least one star. They left my order in my apartment hallway and didn’t think to knock or give me a call. They could’ve possibly knocked on my door, but they either didn’t knock loud enough or didn’t knock enough times. I’d hear it if it was a “knock knock knock”. Anyone could’ve grabbed my food or messed with it, especially it being in Mankato. I always tip good so I expect better delivery procedures. Sadly, I will not be ordering from here again.
They always deliver pretty quickly very nice.

They have the best pizza in town and their delivey drivers are awesome! They forgot my ranch (no big deal) and they took off my delivery charge. I will definitely order from them again. If you want pizza that is still warm order from here! By the way, their employees are very kind and professional.

I ordered online from this Domino’s store to have pizza delivered to a hotel down the street. The pizza I ordered was a surprise for a friend that had been staying in the hotel for over a week because her husband was in the local hospital in a coma due to Covid and I was worried that she hadn’t been eating. I received a confirmation email & receipt upon ordering, my card was charged & the pizza was never delivered. I have now called three times and have been told that the General Manager will call me back, it’s been 10 days, still no call.
Usually have great service. Tonight not so much. We were out at the game and planned ahead. Ordered pizza at 1030 to be delivered at 1130. 1230 came and went. No pizza, called only answer was we have 1 driver. That's great our pizza has been ready at the store since 1109 according to the app.
