This place has really lost its value from the low value position it previously had. The prices are up, meat is dry, no more complimentary pickles, no ice cream, and the sweet/unsweet teas tasted like the container hadn't been properly washed in a long while. If you have no taste buds, go ahead and spend the extra money to avoid McDonald's... otherwise, avoid Dickey's. They made me "trade" for a side rather than refund me for a cup I didn't want.
Patio is nice ! Food was really great and Josh was super friendly. Saw food coming out fresh from the pit and that was so cool to see. Enjoyed my 2 meat plate as well

Staff was rude and throwing your food. No gloves or hat/hair net. Prepped food after touching money and personal cell phone. Too busy texting and ear buds in to provide any attempt at customer service. Never welcomed and was asked if we were finally ready to order as our greeting. No ice in pop machine and no plastic forks available. Tables appeared to not have been disinfected at any point today even though their health safety practices state that all surfaces are disinfected between uses. Overall the worst dining experience I've had at a Dickey's bbq and we have been to several of them. The food today wasn't even as good as it has been. It has gone downhill. We will not be returning.
Worker was not very nice. We asked if we could eat inside last night he told us no. So we went up to order to go brisket had a bunch of bones in it he told us he was out of Mac and cheese but it was sitting right next to him we asked for regular bbq sauce he gave us spicy no ice in the pop machine ribs were so dry. Everything seemed as it’s been sitting out all day and nothing fresh was made and that the worker was just lazy as hell.spent $33 on something my husband didn’t even eat and I picked at what I could.definitely not good like it used to be
I love dickeys. They always have the best deals and the crew makes sure we are aware of all the daily specials. I’ve tried a lot of new things that way and I’ve never been disappointed.
I’ve been meaning to try this Dickey’s for a minute and I finally did today. The chopped beef sandwich was very good, some of the best I’ve had, and the brisket chili on the side was just right on a snowy day. I’ve got a new bbq joint for sure.
Ordered chicken caesar salad and got chicken on top of coleslaw was supposed to be chicken on lettuce with caesar dressing . Was not told of the change otherwise would not have ordered. Also ordered pork burnt ends but received regular pulled pork again was not told of the change. Sever did not great me or say thanks. This location has gone downhill with the new owners.
I have eaten there before and was never really blown away. Tonight was however the last time I will eat there. The brisket was in fact just a dried roast beef. The chicken was gross. So sad.
Don't waste your time or money here, stopped on my way home, store opened 15 mins late, walked in, stood by counter as the guy continued to try and get things ready, finally asked when he would be ready, said he was waiting on me, yet didn't even adknowledge that I was there!! Placed order stood by counter close to ten minutes before he even began to work on my order, during this time they had lost a total of 6 customers, between opening late and not being ready!!! I ordered Cuban sandwich, 12 wings, and 2 turkey sandwiches. When he finally got going on order it didn't take him long, yet he said they were out of wings, they have been out of something every time I have been there!! But he finished order, I asked for extra containers of the sweet bbq sauce, he gave me a larger container and said he wouldn't charge me since they were out of wings. I paid, left a 2.00 tip and left. Got home went to warm the stuff up for supper and see on reciept I was charged for 2 brisket sandwiches and the Cuban, open up and check food and they are in fact turkey, but the Cuban is a brisket westerner!! So was over charged for all food, checked the sauce and it was spicy BBQ, not sweet!! Filed a complaint in with customer service and going on 3rd day with no reply!!! Have been to many different Dickey's in multiple states and usually great. This one is completely unacceptable!!!!!
