I always come here for my cakes and they do such an amazing job creating just what my kids want! And the blizzard cakes are so good!!!!
We ordered two gravy’s and only received one then they ignored us when we pull up to the window and the gravy we did get was completely liquid
Due to unfortunate circumstances pertaining his mother going to prison and me not wanting to be there I was unable to attend my step sons birthday party this weekend.Thanks to Dairy Queen I was able to get him this cake with a picture of me on it, so it was almost like I was at the party being an active part of his life!
I just stopped by about a half an hour ago asked for a fruity blast dipped cone small it cost me $3.89. I buy this cone at many Dairy Queen it never cost that price it is generally $2.79. I needed a quick snack I am diabetic and was just so disappointed by them I even questioned it and the girl said yes that is our price. Luckily it tasted good and I needed it. Needless to say I did not leave the change for the Miracle Network and I always do.
I don't know what it is with the Mankato DQ. Every time I order a chicken strip basket, the toast isn't even toast. They just give you soggy buttered bread. Every other DQ serves thick cut toast. Everything else is good. But the toast is trash.
Haven't been there in probably half a year because the blizzards are always poorly made. Decided to try tonight because I got an email for the new mint brownie blizzard. What I got was some vanilla with hardly a taste of mint and a few brownie pieces. Its an actual joke this company wants to charge $7 for terribly made ice cream. I'll stick to the grocery store ice cream that is always consistently made.
Dairy Queen Mankato is always a pleasant experience. The food sometimes gets to our table before we do! The staff are friendly and helpful. The management team and owners are always eager to please. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, they'll make it right. The cakes are superb!
Did not realize when I ordered a strip basket, that it includes cold bread and soggy stale fries. Yikes
I could tell the hamburger was a pre-made burger. It wasn't made and didn't taste as good as a freshly made burger. The size of order of fries seemed kind of small.
Usually a great place to eat. They missed half of my order this time though.
